We have called J. Becher & Associates on 2 separate calls and they have responded very well.

Recently on a low voltage (telephone / CAT5) call, the Service Tech was prompt and very responsive to our needs. We will be calling them again.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with J Becher on both high and low voltage projects. Travis, David, and their electricians are all very professional.

They came out to the house for a qoute, was verbally quoted "maybe 500", I requested a written qoute.. Was asked repeatedly why I needed one and was told they will contact to office to get me on the schedule. I called the office and asked for qoute via voice mail, I then got a sassy voicemail from the same guy who did the in house qoute asked why I needed a qoute and for exactly what work.. It was ridiculous

J.becher upgrades my home theatre and security systems. They completed all work in one day with both teams working hand and hand. I could not be happier with the end results and service I received on this project with the j.becher team.

Greg was extremely helpful with our residential AV issues. Would highly recommend. We didn’t feel like they were pushing things just to make us buy them. Instead he listened to our problems and found solutions.

My fiancé and I tried to hire this company to change out outlets/switches in our 1960’s rambler. An electrician, or maybe he wasn’t yet or something because he didn’t know what he was doing, came out for about 30 min. He called, who I’m guessing was a manager asking for help because he didn’t know how to work with (I am not an electrician, so could have this name a little off) a California 3-way switch. He then said someone else would need to come out and literally left our house without doing anything. We then called multiple times to try to get someone out to help us, and no one ever got back to us. So, we hired another electrician.

Fast forward months later, they stared billing us for $365, for doing nothing. My fiancé explained no services were rendered, they said they would take care of it but continued to send a bill.

We pay our contractors/people we hire on time and almost always tipping. We brag about the people We use and are constantly referring to people who we’ve used and now trust.... But, we do not pay for people to come take some outlets apart and leave them exposed and not fixed.

I really don’t understand how they think they completed the services when they guy who came clearly called his boss and said he could not do the job, and then just left. It’s super frustrating.

Due to all this, some techs might know what they are doing but our experience was awful, and continues to be awful almost a year later. How a company has no accountability for actually completing a service provided is beyond me.

If you’re looking for a good electrician, especially who understands old houses and I would trust with alone in our house with our dog... I know a guy. This isn’t them.

If you have a home audio system you want to put in, a home security system with one of those fancy video door bells or make your home a complete smart home, J. Becher & Associates is the only company to call that will do it all! Sam Auseth will make sure you are well taken care of and completely satisfied before they leave. The sooner you call, the sooner you can start having fun with all the people that walk up to your door, see which kid is sneaking home when they weren't supposed to be gone as well as turn everything on in your home with just your voice!

They don’t answer when you call, just straight to voicemail. They don’t respond to voicemails. They will lie and tell you “flickering lights is normal for a dimmer.” They didn’t install the lights that I paid $3000 for. It has been a month and the lights are still sitting in my basement. Workers are awesome, management is complete garbage. Front office staff also couldn’t care any less, will just pass you on to yet another voicemail box.

We love our alarm system that J Becher set up for us! Easy to use, expandable and very reasonable pricing! Thanks for your great work!

I was having some issues w/a low-voltage lighting system in my home and the lighting company recommended I call Eric @ J. Becher. We set up a service appt for later in the day but Eric also recommended I try a few things on my own. Well, I was able to fix the issue based on his input and ended up cancelling the appt. Most places would not have done that, I will definitely be using J. Becher in the future based on their honesty.
