Home Services reviews in Rogers, Minnesota

I had a great experience with Jeammy Murillo from JM Carpet Cleaning LLC. Jeammy was able to fit me in for an appointment that worked perfectly with my schedule, which I really appreciated. He showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and got straight to work. The carpet cleaning was done efficiently, and the results were excellent. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. I will use this company again. I highly recommend Jeammy and JM Carpet Cleaning for anyone looking for reliable, cost-friendly, and quality service.

I highly recommend this very professional carpet cleaning company.. Jeammie cleaned chairs, carpeting and area rugs for us -- all done well and efficiently. The company was prompt in responding to my messages about schedule etc.
Several payment methods were available which I appreciated. I also appreciated the outside door covering that was used on this chilly day.

Jeammy from JM Carpet Cleaning LLC did an excellent job cleaning and removing stains from my dining room chairs. The results were impressive, and the service was outstanding.

Had carpet stretched and cleaned. Fantastic job. Highly recommend and we would use JM again.

Great service, communication and follow through on my carpet cleaning. Jeammy is very knowledgeable, kept me informed about project complications and was diligent about leaving me with high quality results. I highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning. Very professional, kind, and efficient. Did a great job on our carpets! We’ve been wanting to replace them but this cleaning has given them at least a few more years of life! Definitely recommend! Thanks so much!!

JM did an excellent job cleaning my older sectional. He worked quickly and was professional and friendly. I appreciated the extra time and attention problem areas as well as suggestion regarding any future care and spot cleaning.

Jeammy was awesome! He was able to squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment, did a great job on the carpet and stairs! It looks fabulous! Definitely above and beyond! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with this company! First, the owner Jeammy took my call on a Sunday and was able to get out to me within a week. The final price came in under the original bid because it was less square footage than he thought. It’s so nice to see integrity these days! He did a wonderful job and was great with communication about what to expect, how to prep and any considerations he needed to talk through while doing the job. This is a local company with hundreds of five star reviews And now I see why. This will definitely be our go to for Carpet Cleaning and all things oops, moving forward.

Jeammy was super professional and quickly assessed the couch, chair and rolling ottoman I had and got set up and started. Everything looks fabulous and he got the problem spots I knew about cleaned up and told me about a few things he had found while cleaning I didnt know about! I got my couch set second hand so we hadn't really sat on it because ya never really know with second hand stuff. 100% worth every penny to have peace of mind about getting comfy on the set now. Also love that there was no other fees or anything it was just a straight amount. Definitely if we need anything cleaned again I know who to call!

Jeammy with JM Carpet Cleaning is the best! Our dog chewed a huge hole in our carpet, and I thought it was a lost cause. Jeammy came in and worked some magic! On top of that, he cleaned 4 rooms and our stairs, and they look great.

But the best part was how great the service was. He's super friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me a heads-up with clear instructions before he came over, which was awesome. He took the time to explain everything and didn't try to upsell me at all, which I really appreciated. Plus, his prices are totally reasonable.

Honestly, so happy with how everything turned out. If you need carpet work done, you HAVE to call Jeammy. 10/10 would recommend!

Third year with Penguin. Excellent service again. Prompt, careful, attention to detail. Efficient but intentional. Nico and Andrew did a great job! Thank you!

Great job on the window cleaning! Quick, efficient, and needed nothing from me to get the job done at our commercial building. Affordable and professional!

Can’t speak highly enough about my experience today. Crew was very attentive and conscientious, windows are sparkling, and they were easy to work with for getting my estimate & getting scheduled. Very communicative. Tolerated my pets and filthy windows with grace and kindness. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Do NOT use them. Terrible communication. Late snow removal (well after 24 hours after snowfall). Didn't remove all snow, didn't shovel walk paths fully. Working with them has been a nightmare

Eden & Manny just completed my fall cleanup. They took great care to not blow the mulch out of my flowerbeds, but get the debris out. Lawn looks great.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They use unethical and deceptive business practices, make sure you read all the fine print on you contract as they will claim to provide services on a property you don't own anymore. Then instead of working with you they send you to collections.

Guys did excellent job with fall clean up

Robert did a great job cleaning my lawn. I especially liked how the flower gardens were cleaned out as well. Thanks.

We received professional and friendly service today from Jacob and Ricky for our Spring clean up. We could not have asked for more. Please send this team again.

Snow removal. With this very snowy winter, the plows had trouble finding places for my snow. Hence, the driveway border, rocks, bricks, and lawn all were strewn around. Once the snow melted, it was sure a mess to be reckoned with. I was going to hire someone to rake the yard of rocks and replace the bricks, etc. Well, PD showed up the other day and cleared and fixed it all! Spread grass seed, as well. NICE! Included in the winter snow removal. As a senior, I sure appreceated it very much.
