I have worked with BNC Heating and Cooling for many years and highly recommend using them. Their service level is excellent and thier pricing is competitive and fair.

We called BNC to come and check out our leaking "furnace." Cameron was prompt and performed the work that we needed done on our humidifier quickly and at a reasonable price.

He also came out to our house a second time to certify our furnace prior to listing our home. Cameron rearranged his schedule and renewed his license in our city to ensure we'd stay on schedule.

He is polite, trustworthy, and incredibly easy to work / communicate with.

He immediately responded to my inquiry, was on time for both appointments, answered all of my questions, quoted me the best rate for what I needed and completed install for the quoted rate. He was also patient and understanding with me while I considered all my options. Oh, and the best part - the value delivered couldn't be matched!

Cameron responded immediately to my late night call and was at my house within a half hour. He installed my new furnace the next morning (in mid January), for which I was very grateful! He was cordial, professional and efficient plus the furnace and installation were reasonably priced. I'm very pleased and will definitely use BNC Heating's services in the future. Cameron was recommended to me by a friend who had a new furnace and A/C unit installed a year ago. He said Cameron was great to work with. This was also my experience. He answered all of my questions, was on time for all appointments, and had my new furnace and air conditioning installed quickly. He also had the most competitive bid. We did a preemptive furnace replacement. After 24 years, our furnace was working fine but we knew we were living on borrowed time. We have used Cameron for several years now at our current and previous home. He replaced our A/C last summer and repaired our furnace. He is very thorough in his inspection and knowledgeable in explaining what exactly happened to the unit. He has done an excellent job repairing or installing the new unit. Realized our furnace wasn't working on Saturday morning, called BNC at 8:15am, Cameron was able to make it out by 11, and he had it troubleshooted and repaired by 11:20 with the parts he had on hand. Can't be any more pleased!

Update: Cameron saves the day again. Quick response over text helped to do a little troubleshooting on the AC. Simple circuit breaker flip I should have caught earlier but he called it out and I have to give him the credit. Thanks again Cameron!

Cameron was awesome, texted him at 530am when we discovered our furnace went out, was able to come before noon to check it out. Furnace was fixed quickly and Cameron took the time to explain what was going on. 100% would recommend for any furnace concerns, great local business to support!

I had a late night AC issue. I messaged BNC and got a quick response back. Unfortunately Cameron was busy, but offered to come out next day. I was happy to hear from him the following morning and he was able to get to my home earlier than expected. He was able to fix the issue quickly and got our house cooling off again. He was very professional and honest. I will definitely call BNC again for any heating or cooling needs.

Highly! Recommend. Cameron installed our furnace and A/C a few years ago. They did a great job of replacing the old and upgrading the new with zones and a humidifier. We’ve since had annual interactions to remediate normal furnace issues and to maintain our system. BNC have been onsite to help, but also have worked with me remotely to help troubleshoot and in many cases fix the issues without a home visit and/or service charge. They provide wonderful ongoing service & care - which is key! Not a hit and run organization. I highly recommend BNC (& Cameron) for any of your heating and cooling needs. 5-stars!!!!!

I finally found a trustworthy and reliable HVAC company. After spending years with a service plan company, which always found expensive things wrong with my new furnace, AC and water heater, I quit that company - with “repairs” still being needed. I was introduced to BNC and all those needed repairs magically disappeared. I appreciate the expertise, knowledge and helpful tips Cameron shared. He also provided help
