If I could put 100, I would. Cameron was a second opinion for me on my furnace and air conditioner. I had been told (after tuneup) that I needed extensive cleaning on both for $1400. Cameron said I didn’t need further cleaning on furnace and showed me my air conditioner wasn’t cleaned at all!! He even set my blower because it was set too low. I also mentioned someone had tried to fix my fireplace for two days and couldn’t. He figured it out in minutes that it wasn’t grounded. Absolutely made my day to find such a capable, honest and sweet guy. He restored my faith that there are honest people out there!!! If you want someone you can trust, Cameron is your guy.

Cameron and his son came to my house today not only on time but early and took more than my share of time explaining everything so I can learn too. Very happy to use these guys for anything in the future. What a stand up guy!

Cameron is top notch, highly recommend. He took the time to explain what he was doing and also took the time to clean my whole home humidifier and air exchange when the service was just for the furnace. Really appreciate him and definitely won’t use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

Called for service and was given a one-hour window of time for his arrival. One- hour! Who does that? Best part, he arrived on time and had my furnace back up and running with zero pressure for any additional repairs or add-ons. Very professional, friendly and quality service. Our furnace went out on a cold February day. Cameron responded quickly to our call for help. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He also did some preventative work that we were grateful for. I was worried about the expense but was relieved that the cost was reasonable!

Cameron installed a new furnace and A/C unit he was very quick and detailed. Answers calls and returns calls for service in a timely manner.

5 stars isn’t high enough. Prior to Cameron’s arrival I was informed that I needed a full replacement on my furnace. Worried, I called for a second opinion and was led to Cameron. He was prompt, explained how the furnace works and tips to maintain it, and was able to diagnose and address the issue my furnace was having right away. My furnace is working well now and my home is warm. He will absolutely have my business going forward and I highly recommend him to anyone. He does business right and treats you the way you would want to be treated by a professional. Already recommending him to friends and family.

BNC installed my garage heater and did an excellent job. The communication was top notch, installation went smoothly, and clean up completed. They have also done my HVAC serving as well. I really appreciate their thoroughness and would highly recommend BNC!

this morning I talked with BNC and they were very helpful being that I explained the situation I was going on with my furnace. they walk me through the steps that would work best to fix my situation.
