5 stars isn’t high enough. Prior to Cameron’s arrival I was informed that I needed a full replacement on my furnace. Worried, I called for a second opinion and was led to Cameron. He was prompt, explained how the furnace works and tips to maintain it, and was able to diagnose and address the issue my furnace was having right away. My furnace is working well now and my home is warm. He will absolutely have my business going forward and I highly recommend him to anyone. He does business right and treats you the way you would want to be treated by a professional. Already recommending him to friends and family.

this morning I talked with BNC and they were very helpful being that I explained the situation I was going on with my furnace. they walk me through the steps that would work best to fix my situation. These guys are the best. I had an inducer motor issue on startup this year, gave them a call, and Cameron spent at least an hour of his own time helping me troubleshoot it. Turned out it was something I could fix myself. The fact that they are willing to help someone who isn’t even buying their services says it all. Probably saved me a thousand bucks and several days of an ice cold house. A++++ all the way my favorite HVAC professionals from now on
