Ben, Derrick, Isaac, Michael, and Dominic came to town to help out when Omaha, NE got hit with a lot of storms in a short period of time. They quickly addressed the problem that came from water getting in the basement. It is never good to need their services, but I am so happy they were able to take care of things so quickly. They were all courteous and professional.

Fantastic service in every way. Servpro of NE handled our water damage mitigation. The service was prompt and the quality was excellent. Gustavo Amato, the project manager, sincerely provided 7 out of 5 star service. He communicated with me frequently, took a lot of time to explain the extent of the damage and the plan moving forward, and to re-explain parts I had questions about. He took care to include protection for our bar area, and when it turned out we had to change plans due to asbestos, he has continued to provide advice and help there. The entire team that handled the assessment, removal of damaged materials, and moisture monitoring were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a very high-quality job. Could not provide a higher recommendation for help in a stressful situation.

I didn't know who to call when I found water leaking into my home and I took a chance and called SERVPRO. Nick from SERVPRO came right out to assess the damage and determine what would need to be replaced. He stayed in constant contact with me and my insurance company and was always available to answer any questions. Nick and the SERVPRO crew made the repair and reconstruction process very easy and I am glad I chose them to get my home fixed. I am very satisfied with the repairs and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of help with damage to their home.

I used Servpro to repair some water damage from a flood in my Kitchen and Hallways. I gave them a 5 Star Review because they did a great job. I decided to go with Servpro again to complete the reconstruction portion of the project which consisted of General Demolition, Drywall, Electrical, Heat Vent, Removing and Light fixture's Repainting and removing Popcorn Ceiling. Followed by putting everything back together touch up and clean up. Nick Brattin brought in his team and did the reconstruction and work mentioned above and did an excellent job in a timely manner. The craftsmanship and work looked great, and they touched up anything that was needed from the reconstruction. There were some issues with the cleaning portion of the project (very messy dusty project) Nick came by after I called him regarding this part of the project and ordered a cleaning crew to come out 2 days later. For the most part they did a good job with a few things that still needed to be addressed. Nick came out again personally as there was still dust in the carpet and some cleaning that still needed to be done. He brought his equipment and personally took care of all the items that needed attention. I was so impressed that he took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the entire job. He was the Project manager through the reconstruction and could have sent the cleaning crew back to take care of the items, but he brought his equipment and did it himself while I was there. He was so responsive, professional and had the attention to detail that was needed to make she I was completely happy with the job. I will be sure to spread the word about Servpro that they 100% stand by their work and will do a great job!!! Thank You Nick Brattin!!

Michael and Seth were both excellent representatives for ServPro. As a team they were courteous, thorough, and respectful of their customer’s surroundings. The work they did completely eliminated the problem and they did everything on time as scheduled. I would highly recommend them to others.

Water emergencies are ridiculously stressful, but Gustavo, Michael and Seth were so helpful. They were very friendly and considerate, I was reassured they were there to support me during this process. I'm glad I went with SERVPRO to prevent lasting damage in my basement.

Had a sewer water issue from the apartment above mine. Navigating insurance, property owner, etc was exhausting and frustrating. Dominic was so great to work with in helping to understand the scope and severity of the damage, so I could be best equipped to understand what should be done and how to proceed, and advocate for my health and safety in a disgusting situation.

Lucas was such a fast and considerate worker-- it was not an easy or fun job to haul out 15 Year's worth of stuff and Lucas was kind about it and took care to keep an eye out for our pets, too. Really great customer service all around but those 2 gentlemen in particular are top notch. Highly recommended!

Servpro was absolutely incredible to work with. We had the city’s pipe burst outside of our house and it was so devastating. Our entire basement was flooded. Servpro was so responsive, so nice, SO good at what they do! I would recommend them over and over again.

This team headed up by Gustavo was amazing. I would highly recommend using ServPro if you have a mess that needs cleaning up. We had water in the basement of our rambler from the main sewer line backing up. They arrived within an hour of us calling in desperation to come and help us clean up the water. Gustavo was professional at all times when dealing with some pretty high anxiety about what was going to happen with our newly remodeled basement! His other team members Jose, Ben and others that I am sorry I can't recall all their names were careful with our stuff, worked efficiently and were prompt when they said they were coming to check on the progress. I had mold in my basement from a leaky bathroom. Dominic came out to take a look at the situation and he had a team out to my house quickly. Jose’s team was courteous, professional, and explained everything they were doing and going to do. They cleaned up perfectly at the end of each work day, and even took care of my mess that was outside of their workspace, which I thought was really nice. Dominic was very communicative and involved throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

We got an inordinate amount of rain in our area and ended up with 4+ inches of water in a finished basement. The was very communicative and went about there process, with as little disruption to the household as possible. I was anxious and had many questions. Ben was able to answer my questions and alleviate some of the stress. It was a fully furnished basement so the guys had their work cut out for them.
