Minnesota Nice Inspectors Llc

We had Imran do our home inspection in 2018. I'm giving a review now because i just recommended him to my brother-in-law and Imran is doing an inspection for him. Imran actually did two home inspections for us. He wowed me!!! Before I found Imran and I had spoke with about 3 or 4 other inspectors. As a first time home buyer i wanted to be at the inspection. The other inspectors either said i didn't have to be there and they would just send me the report or said i could come after they did the inspection and they'd go over things with me. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Then I found Imran! when i asked if i could be at the inspection he immediately said ABSOLUTY, not one hesitation. I instantly knew he was our guy. He inspected and showed us things I never would have thought of looking at. He took his time and inspected all details and aspects of our home. He even moved furniture or home items out of the way so he could do a full inspection. I learned from him that technically inspectors don't have to move things to inspect an area if they don't want to, such as an attic. Imran inspects EVERYTHING including the attic. If it weren't for him we would have made a HUGE mistake on buying the first home he inspected. I trusted him so much so we had him do the inspection on the second home, the home we bought. I recommend Imran to EVERYONE i know that needs an inspector and i know many of my friends and co-workers have used him and had the same great experience. I will continue to recommend MN Nice Inspectors and Imran to everyone i know and i will also be using him again when we decide to buy again.
