Appliance Repair Pro tech scheduled us for service so quickly! Our washer broke in the morning and was working again by earlier afternoon. Dmitriy was professional, friendly and fair with pricing. We will use them again in the future.

My stove has had a burnt out burner for a year, but when a knob started spinning I was worried about it being a fire hazard and needed to get it fixed. I reached out on Friday, and with a few pictures and a description had an appointment and a quote. Dmitriy was polite, personable and efficient, and the job was done quick. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Dmitriy helped us the same day when our Rocket R58 espresso machine threw a boiler-probe error and shut down. He worked late to get it diagnosed, repaired, and fully tested. He explained clearly what had failed, why it mattered, and what to keep an eye on going forward.

What stood out was the combination of real competence and zero pressure—just straightforward, knowledgeable help exactly when we needed it. The R58 is running flawlessly again. Excellent work and genuinely above-and-beyond service. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used their service. I try to fix most things myself but sometimes you just have to call a pro, and that is exactly what they are. My fridge quit working and by the time I called them I wasn't expecting that I'd get it fixed that day but the came over a half hour after I called and diagnosed the problem as a failed compressor. They had the part on hand and fixed it in about and hour and a half. Dimitri, the owner is so nice and professional, they are my go to when I can't fix it myself.

Dmitriy did a great job fixing our fridge! He was able to find the issue very quickly, and had it fixed and running again in less than 30 min! Will definitely use them again for any future appliance issues!

Called at 1:30pm to have my refrigerator repaired and Dmitiry was here by 3:45pm. Dmitry was awesome, was able to repair my refrigerator and even taught me a few things about the programming of the fridge. Wonderful service, very knowledgeable and very nice. Our dryer went out on us suddenly mid cycle. Appliance repair pro was able to get a technician out to us pretty quickly. He arrived on time and was able very quickly diagnose the problem. Luckily he had the part needed and got it up and running the same visit. We will definitely use them again.

Called today and they were able to accommodate a same day diagnostic visit. They came out promptly and found the issue with my dryer immediately and took care of it on the spot. He wore booties to keep my floors clean which I really appreciate and had great communication on site with what he was doing.very reasonable pricing too. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again with any appliance issues I experience.

Dmitriy was able to come out the next day after our 7 year old LG fridge stopped working. Right away, he figured out it was the compressor that went bad. The compressor was still under warranty, so we just needed to pay for labor. He was great to deal with. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough. He talked me through whether or not it made sense to replace the compressor or get a new refrigerator and I felt no pressure from him to have him repair it. I'm glad we had him repair it. I would highly recommend him and his company! Thank you!

After 17 years of flawless performance my Maytag dryer started to screech and I needed immediate assistance. Appliance Pro had exceptional reviews so I called them and I'm glad I did. Vadim, the technician, arrived the next afternoon. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very careful in the laundry room. He quickly analyzed the situation and provided an estimate for the repair which took about an hour. It was a wonderful appliance service experience and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, if needed, or recommend them to others in need.

I can now see how this company has a solid 5 star review! Vadym came to help us replace our washer motor but our unit was much older and needed a lot more work than what it was worth to fix. They are honest, knowledgeable, kind and have a good sense of humor. Appliance Repair Pro is truly one of a kind and worth the call!
