I recently called to get some information on services in the area as we just bought a new home, I spoke with Amber and she was so helpful and was so genuine and sweet. She answered every one of my questions and was very honest. Would rate 6 stars if I could, amazing customer service!

Damon and Greg did a complete electrical inspection of our home and also replaced 4 electrical outlets in our kitchen. They did great work and gave thorough explanations throughout the process. They are very professional and personable.

$4,200 to install a new bathroom exhaust fan. Granted, the install required a new circuit to be run up from the basement to the second floor, and they had to deal with a plaster/lath ceiling. Venting to the outside gable wall was insulated flex duct with a 180-degree hairpin turn followed by a 90-degree turn to the vent, which basically reduces the 110 CFM fan to about 50 CFM. Rigid duct with 45-degree elbows would have mitigated this loss of CFM, to some degree. I'm growing black mold in my bathroom in case anybody wants to buy some. We went back to just opening the damn window.

I got a 10% discount by joining their Club Safety Plan for 10 bucks a month, for one year. Part of the plan is an annual home electrical evaluation. The technician who did my fan install told me straight up that the evaluation recommendation, every year, would be a whole house rewire. Hey, at least I got the 10% discount.

Greg came today and it was a wonderful experience. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. He made sure that he fully understood what needed to be done and carefully prepared a proposal with different options. Everything was handled with white-glove service. I look forward to having another project completed in a few months.

They came out on a Friday at a moment's notice, worked with us on what we wanted done and what we didn't feel was necessary, and came back at 8am sharp on Monday to complete the work.
