I scheduled my first cleaning with this service for a 1pm appt. The cleaners were late so I reached out to the owner at 1:15pm and 1:30pm looking for an update. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. She told me it is common understanding that any service industry is actually a given window of 1-2 hours. I responded that while I could understand this it was never explained to me and by that point had now been waiting for 45 min to make sure I could let them in. Her response was to call her cleaners, cancel the appt, tell me "good luck to you," and block me. If you're looking for a timely, professional service, look elsewhere.

If you are thinking about making a switch or even starting a cleaning service now, you cannot go wrong with Maria’s Got It Maid. Maria and her team were phenomenal. They were professional, courteous, and did the best job cleaning that we have ever had. I have searched high and low for someone who can really back up their quality and Maria and her team are it! Our house looks cleaner than it did, even when we moved into it. They paid attention to every detail and really put elbow grease into their work. Not to mention her prices are more than reasonable, her booking and invoicing process is professional, and easy to use. And most of all her and her team make myself and my dog feel comfortable enough that I can go into my office, close the door and know that our place is safe and in great hands with Maria and her team. I will never use anyone else and neither should you!

Can't speak to the service, but the company vehicle just ripped through our residential neighborhood at a very high speed where children are at play. Please, slow down and be respectful.

She drives her company car around like a crack head. Throws her brights on honks at people and flips the bird for her own driving flaws. Extremely unprofessional.
