Gray Duct did a very thorough job with our duct cleaning. We were getting the ducts cleaned prior to a Furnace/AC replacement so we wanted to make sure we started off with clean ducts. Nice that they show you pictures from the work. Price is inline with competitors. Very smooth process from quote to scheduling to service completion.

1st your crew lead Thomas is exceptional. Not only does he do his job but is an excellent representative for you. His explanation of what he is going to do and his recap of what he did is very well spoken. Conscientious and kind would be the two words that describe him best.

2nd when we spoke I was surprised by the high price. After seeing the extent of effort, not only to clean the ducts but protect the household from damage I understood. You also sent two guys. Not sure if that’s standard in the industry but I’m guessing not.

We do a lot of remodel jobs and your service will be our go to from now on.

Top notch on time service. Everything was explained to me as far as the cleaning process and was provide before and after pics along with increased dryer air flow after the cleaning.

I also received a quote to do my entire homes vent system, furnace and air exchanger. Which I'll have done in the near future.
These guys are the real deal in the world of ventilation cleaning and improvement of air flow.

They couldn’t do the furnace vent cleaning because of complications with my system and offered me other options. My dryer vent really needed cleaning and they were quick and thorough. Spent time explaining when I had questions. Highly recommend!
