Ben, Tim, Rob, & Hunter did a great job removing our 34 year old furnace and A/C.
They arrived early, and finished the job earlier then expected!
All of them were very nice and polite. They answered all my questions and explained everything they would be doing.
Great experience from the first phone call I made to the end of the project.
I would highly recommend Quality Heating & Air!! -

Quality of service is outstanding! Don was extremely professional and very thorough! This was the Highest quality of service my air conditioning unit had ever received!
Unfortunately, their Billing department, not so much (based on June 2019 experience). They didn’t allow me to pay for their service the day they were here and didn’t receive a bill until February 2020! When I tried to phone in my payment, it took a few weeks of calling before someone answered the phone. Very frustrating.
Looking forward to their exceptional service again next week. Hoping the billing issues are resolved and this review can be edited to reflect the 5 Star service they deserve..
