Horrible experience. I am a resident and guess what it has snowed for 3 days straight and noone has came to plow the snow in the driveway. When I called no one has answered. This was litterally the first snow all winter and I purchased a seasonal package. What is the purpose of purchasing a seasonal package. Might as well just pay for a one time purchase and may be even not. As they haven't came out once yet. If you are to hire for snow plowing be aware.

Would rate negative stars if I could! Horrible service their workers do not pay attention to what they are doing at all. Firstly throwing rocks at my vehicle chipping my paint. Then proceeds to break my Halloween decoration right in front of me and tries to act like nothing happened until he realized I watched it all. Then he laughs and sings because I was upset about the whole incident. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and customer service.
