I wont be calling them ever again. Workers are rude and can't be called craftsmen. The workers seem more interested in collecting a big paycheck then actually working.

They changed the shut off valves at the condo building where we live and in the process caused the salt in the water softener to run low which caused hard water in the condos resulting in heavy hard water stains in showers, counter tops and sinks throughout the condo complex.

My ac went out at my business last week. Called and left a message with service for them to call me back asap and get it going...I'm still waiting for the call back. Luckily I got someone else to fix it within 1.5 hours same day.

Slow and non communicative. They are unresponsive and are still
Installing as I review them. I will update and possibly change this rating. Why it's taken over 2 months to remove and install 2 large HVAC units is beyond me!
Reed and his team were unhappy with residents complaining it was taking twice as long as promised that he called the police on us! Nice! I understand it's not completely their fault, but ZERO COMMUNICATION AND THREATS NEVER WORK!
