Reviews of local pros in Shakopee, Minnesota

Had to get some trees removed and the crew did a fantastic job. Took them down quickly and safely. Clean up was great. Price was very reasonable. Communication was timely and clear. Definitely recommend this crew for any tree removal/trimming needs!

As I am reading the other reviews, I agree with the positive comments about how professional they were, the communication was honest and quick and the clean up was great! They were booked out quite a ways, but I was not in a hurry.

Excellent—lowest price & superlative work!
The trimming was done expertly using a cherry picker to make the cuts at the best place on the branches, and cleaned up the tree by removing dead branches and small offshoot twigs from the main limbs. They did excellent cleanup, raking up all the branches, twigs, and leaves before taking them away. Coming to Edina they ensured that everything was done professionally with great attention to detail. Very pleased!

Vadim and his team were great to work with when we needed our trees trimmed. Great pricing, excellent communication, very respectful, excellent clean up. The entire experience was great and would definitely recommend them for any job.

Extremely happy I found these guys when I googled tree service. Came and gave me a bid that was substantially lower than the others. We worked out a deal I was very happy with. Told them I was worried about where trees were located. One was leaning towards my house the other was leaning over neighbors tool shed, they said, no problem. This business is a family run operation and it shows. I felt like my friends were over helping me. I am very picky and all things considered they did an awesome job.

The communication isn't the best, I don't think I was told how many people he had to get to before us until after I had asked for an update. I also got about an hour warning before the crew showed up where as an entire day would be nice.

The crew NAILED it, incredibly respectful, did a great job, and the cleanup was immaculate. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind surprise tree cutting I absolutely recommend this company!

The price was right, and they exceeded my expectations.

Even my neighbors pointed out how much care and how seriously these guys take their job. Will hire again.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They overcharge, encourage fraudulent insurance claims, and scream at you if you question them. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest!

Wes is a true professional. He works safely and neatly on all trees. He is unique in that he truly loves trees and doing his job.

Wes and Ashley are wonderful. When I came home, I hardly knew they were there. Really fast service, reasonable rate and very pleasant to work with. I'll for sure use them again.

I have been working with Tyler who has been a tremendous help in assisting us with our trees. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of insight regarding our existing landscape. Greatly appreciate everyone!

These men did a wonderful job of tree removal for Dave and I. Really great people doing really difficult work. Cleaned up so well it looked considerably better than prior to removal. 5 stars for this crew!

Pro-Tree is an excellent choice, for your tree service needs. They are prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They can, not only remove the trees that need it, but keep your remaining trees healthy.

Wish I could leave a picture of the damage caused here. We hired Pro-Tree to remove some storm damage. The work they did was good, but I was left with a severely damaged driveway and paver sidewalk. company refuses to provide Insurance information. Also claims damage is the size of basketball. If its so minor why not let insurance handle it. This is not a company you want near your property!

Wes came out to evaluate our neighborhood tree problem. He gave a very thorough assessment of where everything was at and that, unfortunately, most of our trees can’t be saved. We appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and in-depth knowledge.

I have had the opportunity on a couple of occasions to hire Pro-Tree Outdoor for tree work around our home. They removed a dead pine, did some winter pruning of a large oak and did some minor lot clearing. Each time they left our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will be calling again for sure!

These young men did an absolutely phenomenal job! They had a huge branch to take off my roof and did it flawlessly. I would use them over again and again. I highly recommend them and their price for what they give was very reasonable.

I can't get over the work that was done. Unbelievable performance. The team was early for a 7 am start. We had a huge tree downed by a storm . It was made 10 feet around. Just missed the house. Toppled a fence and took out a couple of smaller trees. This crew got to work and just keep going and going with the help a a fantastic crain operator. They made short work of a really big job. They left my yard clean of all debris and I mean all. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pro-tree 110%. They came to me via my insurance company State Farm, who told me they where there 1st choice for a recommendation with downed storm trees. Again I have never been so pleased. Thanks for the great job. Mark Zahorsky. Columbia Heights. MN.

Ashley and Wes are the best! Ashley always gets your questions answered and appointments set up in such a timely manner. Wes and his team are always up for the job, whatever it takes, they'll figure it out and have your property looking better than before!

Pro-Tree has been very knowledgeable about any tree issue I have had. I would not hesitate to use Pro-Tree for any tree issue or answer any questions, large or small. Ashley and Wes are very hard workers and do a great job! I highly recommend them!
