Ben did a commendable job servicing our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice about our system. He gave us some good tips on how to operate both our heating and cooling systems very effectively.Will highly recommend.

We had a problem with A/C and Appleton Heating & Cooling arranged a service call within 24 hours of our contact. The technician that was sent has worked on our A/C a few times and he's always very thorough and professional. Thanks! I highly recommend them.

Allan did an excellent job giving me an inspection and replacement of my furnace. He was very quick to reply to my request and he gave me a quite right after inspection and stuck to it. During the service, he was polite, friendly and very respectful. He even fixed a mistake made by a previous worker on my water heater. He was quick and did an awesome job. H. I would definitely recommend him.

Quick and easy fix and very reasonable cost. We had a problem with our heater, we had scheduled a service with another company and they missed with many excuses. Appleton Heating & Cooling were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, excellent job , clean efficient professional tech and very reasonable prices. Will use again.

Appleton Heating & Cooling was a pleasure to work with. The technician was on time and very friendly. He had everything he required on the truck. He performed the repair service as requested and cleaned up after himself when he was done. We'll be calling Appleton Heating & Cooling next time we need help with anything to do with the Heating and cooling at our home. We'll also recommend them to friends.

Great service! The Technicians who came out today to service the AC for a tuneup were very knowledgeable and helpful. The Appleton Heating & Cooling team came out and fixed a heater issue last fall that a tech had misdiagnosed, and they were very gracious and generous about making sure they corrected the problem. Would highly recommend Appleton Heating & Cooling.

I had called to get a quote and see when someone would be able to come out. I told them it wasn’t emergent, but the sooner the better. They told me they could get someone out between 2-5pm today (5.13.22). I was like well it’s not an emergency, and I don’t want to be charged for an emergency call. I had called a couple places one said they could of gotten me in same day between 2-4pm. I decided to book with Appleton. At 10minutes to five I called to see why the tech hasn’t shown up and I hadn’t received any call. They told me the tech that was assigned was stuck on a commercial job and they didn’t know when he would be available. Yeah, it wasn’t emergency, but they said they could get me in and then I had to call them to check status. Don’t tell me you can get me in when you can’t. Also, would of been nice to have gotten a call to inform me of what was going on instead of me having to call then to find out what was going on. Was very disappointed to be told they could come check out my ac unit and then not show up and not call. So I told them to close the ticket, I was going to find someone that can actually come out when they say they can and if something happens that they will at least be professional and give me a call back to inform me. Have a different company coming on Monday between 10-11am. Would give no stars if I was able too, because my time is precious too.
