Our technician was so thorough and found our problem without it costing a fortune. I highly recommend Allan. He was knowledgeable and so polite. I have been happy every time this company has done work for us. Will continue using his services.

I had called to get a quote and see when someone would be able to come out. I told them it wasn’t emergent, but the sooner the better. They told me they could get someone out between 2-5pm today (5.13.22). I was like well it’s not an emergency, and I don’t want to be charged for an emergency call. I had called a couple places one said they could of gotten me in same day between 2-4pm. I decided to book with Appleton. At 10minutes to five I called to see why the tech hasn’t shown up and I hadn’t received any call. They told me the tech that was assigned was stuck on a commercial job and they didn’t know when he would be available. Yeah, it wasn’t emergency, but they said they could get me in and then I had to call them to check status. Don’t tell me you can get me in when you can’t. Also, would of been nice to have gotten a call to inform me of what was going on instead of me having to call then to find out what was going on. Was very disappointed to be told they could come check out my ac unit and then not show up and not call. So I told them to close the ticket, I was going to find someone that can actually come out when they say they can and if something happens that they will at least be professional and give me a call back to inform me. Have a different company coming on Monday between 10-11am. Would give no stars if I was able too, because my time is precious too.

Ben did a commendable job servicing our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice about our system. He gave us some good tips on how to operate both our heating and cooling systems very effectively.Will highly recommend.
