I set an appointment with this company to do some electrical work on a home I purchased. We agreed on the price for the work and set a day and time to get it done. All was good. I got a call the day the work was supposed to be completed saying the owner of the company asked his employee to call me back and say since I was a new customer they didn't trust me to pay them and they had to increase their price to cover this risk. They didn't double the price, or triple it, or ever quadruple it! They increased the cost nearly 5 times what was originally quoted! They knew I was stuck due to the fact that I needed to get this work done ASAP. I offered to prepay over the phone for their work so they didn't have to worry about getting paid. Nope, that wouldn't work, we just need to charge you a bunch more money. I felt like I was being shook down for a bunch of money and they were taking advantage of the situation. I wouldn't ever hire them! By the way, I found another company to do the work for a fair and reasonable price!

I had a fantastic experience with Wallace Electric. My project was done quickly and on budget. Their project manager and installation crew was great to work with. The owners will get involved in the project if you need some extra TLC. I'm very happy and have already recommended them to others.
