I needed unite a bit of work done (drywall, paint, carpet, trim repair, electrical ) to ready our house for sale. The crew did a great job, hurrying to meet our summer market date and the house was perfect - sold immediately above asking. Great to work with, excellent communication, and fair pricing for professional work.

After interviewing 3 different contractors I decided to go with DeTomaso Constuction, Ron was very helpful answering all the questions I had asked.
They replaced and repaired the sewer pipe that ran under my basement floor, removed the old gravity furnace ductwork and asbestos and replaced it with a new furnace and central air conditioner and finished with the replacement of all my windows and wrapped the trim with aluminum.
Wes the project manager checked in daily making sure everything was going as planned.
This work was done 2 years ago and I’m very happy with the work and products used.

Ron, Myrna, and the work crews did a fantastic job reworking a basement bathroom to create a beautiful, functional space. They also worked through some annoying issues we were experiencing in the house and put those issues to rest. Great work, great price, great experience.

Our experience with this family owned company was great. I admit to being a little hesitant to sign the contract with all the "legalese" but decided to trust them as they were not trying to hide anything. They performed the job expertly and constructed our back entry door landing just as we wanted it.
They were careful to make sure it was contructed the way we wanted it. I'm happy!

DeTomaso Construction did a lot of work for me last year. I had my roof replaced, new windows installed, electrical updates, kitchen cabinets and countertops replaced, hardwood floors refinished and flooring installed in kitchen, hallway and den. I also had all of the rooms repainted. During all of the difficulties brought on due to covid everything was done extremely professionally. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done. I love everything about my house now! I would highly recommend DeTomasso to anyone needing any work done.

We hired DeTomaso Construction to remodel our house. We brought the main level down to the existing wall studs, moved the stairwell, created a master suite, added a laundry/mud room, added an office/bedroom. With that came all no flooring, drywall, doors, windows trim, kitchen cabinets, plumbing and electrical to support all of the changes. This all netted a huge change in our home that made the spaces more usable. They have an awesome crew and are/were easy to work with and completed the project in the allotted time. We are very happy.

A. DeTomaso Construction did an entire gut of the bathroom and remodeled it expertly to spec. They were responsive to all my queries and concerns (of which I had just normal ones any home owner would have), on time or if they had to delay they were very communicative about why and how long, very professional their work, ethics, and demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed their presense in our house for about 5 weeks and have been thoroughly enjoying our beautifully remodeled bathroom and enclosed basement staircase.

This was our second project with DeTomaso Construction. We were so pleased that we hired them again for this project. Ron DeTomaso is an honest professional who took the time to evaluate the needed repairs and provided a very reasonable quote. He, Farrah and Wes are a great team. Had a good experience with DeTomaso Construction on a couple of projects. They refinished a portion of my basement into a laundry room and it turned out great - especially given the awkward layout/shape of the room. They were good to work with, and I would work with them again in the future!

Also had some storm damage occur to my house while they were already working on the main project, and they were able to squeeze in the extra jobs short notice.

DeTomaso handled a full remodel of a bathroom and kitchen simultaneously. I live in an old building and wanted the work to improve the space while remaining true to it.

I went into the project with broad ideas about how I wanted things to turn out. Those ideas turned into more specific details when I was selecting products and fixtures. But it's hard to imagine exactly how everything will come together, and a lot of that relies on how well the people actually doing the work are able to seize on how it should look and troubleshoot issues that inevitably arise.

DeTomaso's project manager and contractors were very creative, working through numerous small issues that arose from the vagaries of working in a brownstone built before World War I. They were forthright, helpful, and flexible when dealing with both these unexpected issues and the occasional new idea I had along the way. (For instance, when I wanted to find a way to run a water line to my refrigerator to make use of the icemaker, something that I didn't even think about until it occurred to me on the day the fridge was delivered, they worked that in seamlessly to the project.)

They were also great about working with my schedule and communicating throughout the process about when the work was going to be done and whenever I needed to confirm a detail or check on the progress.

DeTomaso was straightforward, easy to deal with, responsive, and very creative and helpful. The work was done with care at a high level of quality, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend them.

We had DeTomaso Construction replace the marble vanity top in our bathroom. We worked with Ron, Myrna and a plumber over the course of several months. Myrna was project manager and she took care of special ordering the marble top and faucet from Lowes in West St. Paul. In all honesty, the project cost much more than we expected, but it's done and it looks great. They are very professional and communication was outstanding. I would use them again.

Ron, Wes and team did a great job at removing and installing a new deck for us. We are extremely happy with the workmanship, professionalism and sense of urgency. Great build, great quality and great team.

This company recently finished two jobs in my home. One concerned my attic: blocking bypasses and adding new insulation to the old. This took one day. The other was to totally rebuild a 3'x3' shower and I have attached a picture below. I would recommend seeking a quotation from this company when you need to undergo some remodeling or home improvement. We have now used them for four jobs and have been pretty happy with their work.
