Their service is consistently delayed, and the team members come across as indifferent. They seem to lack both knowledge and professionalism, and efficiency is clearly not their strong suit.

We had a breaker issue Realm was able to walk us through via text. Even though they didnt come out and service, they were responsive and helped us get everything fixed! Very pleased they were able to walk us through what we needed to do! Thanks, Realm, you've got a customer (and a fan) for life!

I called Realm Electric on a weekend. They answered their phone. Kelsey was very polite and willing to help. They sent out Ryan and he was great! Actually earlier than he thought he would be out. The service was extremely timely, from the moment I called to the walkthrough and the installation of our new kitchen/living room lights and switches. We worked with Realm Electric on a remodel and build out of a new space first through a contractor and then hiring directly. The were always on time and efficient - Ryan and Logan made helpful suggestions and helped me rework things when we had a floor plan change in a new bathroom. They were knowledgeable both about code requirements as well as things that would make the space more comfortable (i.e. outlets around beds, nightlight outlet in the bathroom). We also had them add lights to a dark porch and an outdoor outlet. I am also super grateful for Kelsey who helped me worked through an icky contractor situation with professionalism and kindness.

I’ve hired Ryan several times for both personal and business and he always does a great job. Fair pricing, clean work, and very dependable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I won’t use anyone else for electrical work. Highly recommend.

I called 5 electricians to put recessed lights in my 25 year old finished basement and not one of them even called me back. Then I got Houston's number from my son in law and Houston called me back right away and scheduled a quote. He was at my house within a day and he really had a great attitude. I relied on his expertise so he described to me his vision for the lighting of my basement. Houston did the math at my house and gave me a quote before he left that was very reasonable. 2 business days later he was at my house at 9am and completely done by about 2pm. My basement looks amazing and exactly like Houston promised in the quote. The competition does not even come close.
