My cleaning expert, Nick, arrived on time, we did a walk through to discuss goals & he worked very hard & efficiently! Nick did an excellent & thorough job!!! It looks (and smells) so fresh & clean!!! I am a happy customer!!!

Before beginning, the service providers carefully listened and then explained what they would do given what we needed. They offered additional treatment options, but did not pressure sell. This was a training situation and I appreciated how respectful the trainer and trainee were toward each other. Emily and Joe did a beautiful job of cleaning up some high traffic areas. We are very pleased!

Our cleaner was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat and seemed to really like his job. He was a joy to work with and I will request him the next time I need service.

My cleaners did their best to clean some really hard spots, you can hardly see some of them. My teenage boys abused their rooms and although still far from perfect, they gave it their best effort and they are much better. They also cleaned my bathroom tile and did an amazing job. It's obvious we used our house, but the guys from Zerorez did what they could. Thank you!!!

They came out to our business for a repeat cleaning of our booths (we have used them for 5 years). We have always paid $250 (last service less than a year ago) for the service they changed the price to $600+ for same service. I’ll be finding a new vendor.

Very positive experience with Zerorez and Jose. The pillow backs on my sofa were very dirty from my puppies. This contrasted with the pillow seat cushions which I could wash in the washer. I didn’t think they could get them clean but I was very pleased with the results. He also did a great job on the carpeting. Jose took his time and carefully checked fabric content on a chair before proceeding.

The tech gave solid honest advice about the carpet after inspecting it before doing the treatment. He was fast and efficient and it looks great. I'm happy we went with this company and would highly recommend. I attached the before and after!

An approximate four weeks later I had Zerorez people come out and do Mike lake home @ Mill Lacs Lake, and again did an excellent job. The gentleman’s name was Ernesto He was super friendly would do anything for you I really enjoy hiring Zeroeez for my carpet cleaning I can always be assured of a great job. Well, I use Zeroeez again for my lake home carpeting and rugs and Tom did an excellent job. Tom is very polite and courteous. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they want to waste their money. I paid over $220 for what turned out to be a 20-minute “service,” and my carpet was left dirty, soaking wet, and in worse condition than before.

The technician didn’t actually clean the carpet—he basically sprayed water and left. I was shocked when he said he was finished. I didn’t argue since he was in my apartment, but I was extremely disappointed.

My carpet stayed wet for 48 hours, and I ended up having to buy my own carpet cleaning machine from Target just to fix the mess. This was a terrible experience from start to finish.

The staff are all incredibly kind and friendly — truly a pleasure to work with. That said, the company seems to do many different services fairly well, rather than specializing in one area. I’ve used them for both carpet and tile cleaning, and while the results were decent, I’ll probably go with a company that focuses exclusively on carpet or tile cleaning in the future. The same goes for air duct cleaning — I’ll likely hire an HVAC specialist for that.

Zerorez is absolute trash. Their work looks good/ok until they are long gone, and it drys. After 24 - 48 hours, the stains are revealed again. They also left a ridiculous transition (yeah... that's not a shadow) in the same room. We hired them to clean before a graduation party, so there was no time to fix the awful job.

Hire a real carpet cleaning company that have been around for decades. When we contacted Zerorez to complain, they got us in contact with the guy who did the poor job in the first place.

Had a fantastic experience with Zerorez taking on a pretty bad cat urine spraying problem in a bedroom. It was our last hope after I had tried in vain to clean it myself. We were ready to have the carpet replaced but the smell and residue is gone and the rest of the carpet in the room looks great, too Our tech was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to our issues to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We knew it worked because he told us his whole van smelled like cat urine after he was done. Poor guy. :) Very pleased with my experience. Would hire them again for sure.

The carpets look great! Nick was on time and earlier than expected. He was hardworking and nice!
I did pay for upholstery to be cleaned and there were some obvious areas missed. There was also this residue left on my hardwood floors after the cleaning.
