We have used Vetsch plumbing for over 25 years! Great low prices fast speedy dependable service! Recently we noticed our water felt hard. They tested our water sample for free and determined our water softener wasn’t working as it should.Dan came out explaining everything and fixing our issue. They are always our first call for any water or plumbing needs! Great company with values!

I was referred to Magic water by a friend.
We were needing a water heater, water softener replacement and drinking water solution for our well water. Dan was very informative and took the nessessary time to talk about all of the options that fit our particular needs. I liked his proposed equipment options and found him very competitive. The install went great and was very tidy. It's been 3 months and we couldn't be happier with everything. It's nice doing business with a local company that really cares!!! Thanks Dan and crew!

We lost water pressure due to a PRV issue and Magic Water and Plumbing was absolutely wonderful to work with. They had a full schedule but worked hard to fit us in. Kind, professional and affordable service. We had other plumbing companies look into fixing the problem as well and one of them quoted us more than $1,000 more than Magic Water and Plumbing to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Dan came and put a new softener in no problem. Estimate was accurate, he gave a thorough run-through of operation, and answered questions completely. Friendly and obviously highly experienced service. Definitely our plumber for the foreseeable future!

The whole entire team was wonderful to work with. Our water heater died 2 days before we were going to have a houseful of guests for our sons wedding. We called Wednesday mid day, they came out to take a look by 3pm and were here on Thursday by 11am to replace the water heater and done by 3pm. Lifesavers and wonderful staff.

Did not to work with me to much going on with getting the job done

Improperly installed gas line to our stove, causing leak. Bill came back and said everything was fine.

Had to call another company who came and, who within seconds, found the leak and repaired.

The gas leak put everyone in danger.

Very, very disappointed.

The worst experience and customer service ever! I called to have our 4 year old water softener looked at because it had standing water in it. Dan came out and spent 7 minutes to disconnect a valve and said that should increase the water pressure. It didn't work. I was charged a flat fee of $79.00 for 30 minutes and he should have stayed the 30 minutes and looked everything over. Instead he said since this did not work I needed a new water softener $1300.00. When I called to address my concerns with him and explain that I felt taken advantage of that I paid $79.00 for him to do nothing he simply replied "Have a wonderful Holiday Season" and hung up on me. What kind of company conducts business this way?
