Very impressed! Wonderful work - my landscaping project was completed just as planned and it looks fabulous. It was so nice to see a small company that takes pride in their work and has such attention to detail. Highly recommend Grey Cloud Outdoors!

Have not used their services but GCO was mindful of the neighbors of the home they were working on. I was surprised to have received a gift card from them in the mailbox for being patient and understanding with them while they did their project. Very thoughtful and a kind gesture. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future outdoor projects.

Overall a very positive experience with Grey Cloud. They promptly replied to our initial inquiry, which sometimes is half the battle.
Once we began the process, they arrived on site, talked through what we wanted, and then gave us options. There were several iterations of discussions until we came up with a plan of what we wanted.
When they began the work, the crews arrived on time and worked through the day to ensure things were done on schedule. If any hiccups arose, they were quick to talk to us, address any concerns, and continue on with the project.
The end result turned out really fantastic. I appreciated their artistic eye coming up with designs and features I would not have expected.
If you are considering them, I would recommend it. They are fair and reasonably priced and provide excellent customer service.

My family was sick with the flu and I was worried I needed to take one or more of them into be seen. We had just had 6 inches of snow and Bill and Tyler came and cleared our driveway within an hour of seeing my post asking for help so we could get to the clinic. Thank you both so much!! We recently had Grey Cloud Outdoors put in a fairly small retaining wall. From the on-site needs assessment visit to the final completion of the project, Grey Cloud was outstanding. The work crew was very professional; really did a wonderful job taking out the old retaining wall and installing the new retaining wall. The project was a complete success, the price was extremely competitive and we could not be more satisfied. I sincerely believe that regardless the size of your project, Grey Cloud Outdoors can do it and the results will exceed your expectations. And yes, we most certainly recommend Grey Cloud Outdoors.

I had the team at Grey Cloud do a fire pit/retaining wall project in Eagan for me. They were professional throughout the entire project from the planning to the follow up after completion. I will be reaching out to them next year for my next project!

Tyler and his crew from Grey Cloud did a fantastic job on our backyard update! We had an old retaining wall that was failing and wanted to explore other options while maintaining the structure. Tyler gave form to the idea we had of making a 13’ long set of stairs to make the yard feel more cohesive. The team worked hard for two straight days, tearing out the old wall and some cracked concrete then meticulously installing the stairs and pouring new concrete. They were able to move an existing handrail to save us some money. We ran into a concern over the neighbor’s retaining wall being affected by our construction, and Tyler suggested some river rock down the fenceline to fill the gap visually. It turned out exceptionally well! We’re so happy with our new welcoming backyard and highly recommend Grey Cloud for outdoor projects.

Company helped out the community with picking up Christmas trees for free and bringing them to a local farm for their animals.
Excellent and quick communication. They even dropped off a little thank you bag with coupons, contact info, pens, etc. I don't have an immediate need for patio or retaining wall service, but will definitely recommend them and contact them myself if we need those services in the future.

Tyler and his crew recently completed our parking pad with retaining wall and landscaping project and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I have worked with Grey Cloud on 2 project and they have been amazing amazing to work with. Jayden and Tyler are great with communication and letting you know project timelines. They do great work and if something isn't the way you want it they will do their best to fix it. I definitely recommend them for any hard scaping projects.

We had Grey Cloud Outdoors install a paver patio under our second floor deck where our builder had left only a mulched area. Tyler had great design ideas and helped us choose materials to match our aesthetic. We are very pleased with the result. We had Grey Cloud Outdoors build a paver patio in our backyard and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They also updated our landscaping to tie everything together, and now our house has better curb appeal and stands out in our new-build neighborhood. The design process was easy and they incorporated our feedback quickly to give updated designs before the final draft. The bid was reasonable and accurate.

One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtful they were about planning our project. We were having a deck built at the same time, and they coordinated everything perfectly — first the patio, so the deck stairs would match perfect with the patio, and then they came back and added rock under the deck once it was done. It helped avoid what would’ve been a big muddy mess in that shaded area.

The whole process was smooth, the crew was great to work with, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend Grey Cloud Outdoors!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tyler and his crew. He helped me through every step of the project when I was very budget constraint, but had to do something because of city Requirements. It was fast efficient, and of course it was beautiful
