My refrigerator's freezer died on Saturday. So, I called Merit to schedule a repair on Monday. In the mean time, the whole refrigerator died. So, I called Merit to update the situation. He got my model number and called back in 15 minutes. He told me based on the symptom, I should got a new one instead of fixing the existing one. So I cancelled my repair appointment.
I thanks Merit for the customer service and honesty. -

Same day service. Called and Levet came in afternoon. My Whirlpool dishwasher buttons on front panel were failing to respond. after 19 years. He took off panel and fix it on the spot. Now it works like new. Worth the diagnostic fee.

Had a great experience with Merit. The repair technician, LeVert, was very friendly, prompt and efficient. He was able to repair the problem in a single visit, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other service quotes I had gotten. I would highly recommend and I will use them in the future!
