Evan was great 👍 He went above and beyond to chase down the compressor for the repair, which allowed him to keep the Original date for the repair. He was fast and efficient and had our refrigerator working within 90 minutes. We had ice cubes in 3 hrs.! I'm so glad we hired Omega to fix the frig. Instead of buying a new one. Great service, highly recommend them 👍

James, a repair person from Omega Force Appliance Repair, did an excellent job in determining what was needed for our freezer that malfunctioned. Our refrigerator/freezer is new and the cost was covered under warranty. James is pleasant, trustworthy, efficient, and had our freezer repaired quickly. I would recommend James and Omega Force Appliance Repair to do the job right. In particular, if we needed a repair done again, I would request James to be the person to do our repair.

This is the 2nd time I've used Omega and both have been great. Was able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to fix our issue at what I think was a reasonable price.
