Aug 6th Storm Damage on home causing us to pull it and have to replace the WHOLE ROOF.
ROC was hired end of August and we were promised that roof and interior would be completed before the end of September.
They called me on Labor Day Weekend, said their next client's stock was backordered. Could they start on Tuesday. Yes!! Of course!
They were in and done that week, interior the next and house back on the market before the 15th!

Wow... and then the realestate market screetched to a hault.

I initially contacted ROC to paint my tub and install a new toilet in my condominium bathroom, as I needed a taller toilet due to my disability.

After meeting with Ryan, who is also a resident in my building, he shared a vision for my bathroom that truly inspired me. His ideas went beyond simply updating the tub or shower; they aimed to completely revamp the entire space. The team meticulously stripped everything down to the bare studs and flooring, replacing them with thoughtful upgrades. The project included a new vanity, mirrors, flooring, toilet, and stunning new lighting. They even removed the existing tub to create a custom walk-in shower that features multiple shower heads and a built-in bench for added comfort.

This project represented a significant investment of around $20,000, but it transformed my bathroom into a fresh and inviting space. As a 100% service-connected Army veteran, I was pleased that ROC understood and adhered to VA standards, allowing me to secure substantial coverage for the costs since it resulted in a fully handicap-accessible bathroom.

We recently moved into a 1940’s home that needed some support posts and beams in the basement. Knowing absolutely nothing about how this is done, I assumed it would take weeks and potentially be out of our price range. ROC did a home visit, talked us through what was needed, and provided a quote within a few days. To our surprise, it was affordable so we booked. The job itself was done in just 1.5 days with very little disruption to our normal lives (working from home, etc). Now we have peace of mind in our new home and we are very happy with the work they did. I’d definitely recommend ROC & will call them back when it’s time to renovate the kitchen!

ROC completed our bathroom project this fall. The entire process was pretty easy, and the ROC team was there all the way. Project was completed on schedule, and we love the outcome. If Danielle and I had to describe Ryan and his team (we had the pleasure of working with Ethan, Dan, and Loren) in one word, it would be "wonderful."

They renovated our city condo's kitchen, bathroom, and crawlspace, and were nothing but professional, kind, reliable, and funny. ROC's rates were incredibly fair, and they went out of their way to make sure that we were informed about the process each step of the way. ROC's particular expertise in condos was invaluable, as they helped us navigate all the challenges of condo logistics, including fun things like plumbing, property management, and waste disposal. They respected our design choices while also giving constructive feedback on what works and what doesn't based on their wealth of experience.

Our condo transformed from a dated and impractical space with a claustrophobic galley-style kitchen with cabinets that were deteriorating, into an airy modern kitchen with beautifully installed shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, an expertly-installed backsplash, and a stunning island with a mahogany countertop. The bathroom was similarly lifted from an outdated and dreary space into a serene and calming area with quartz countertops, a glass shower door, and stunning shower tiles.

The ROC team did such an impeccable job that we decided to renovate the crawl space which was frankly a health hazard. I'm not sure how they did it, but they installed nearly 300 square feet of luxury vinyl plank in a single day. The flooring is still in perfect condition, which demonstrates a level of efficiency but not at the cost of craftsmanship.

I am still impressed by just how good the communication was/is. Ryan and his team respond quickly, and keep their word with timing. If there are unexpected delays, they will let you know. If his team say that they're coming at 8am, they will be there at 8am.

Above all, every single person at ROC Home Pros that we worked with was kind, caring, respectful, and a joy to work with. Ryan also has an adorable french bulldog (whom we suspect is the real brains behind the whole company) which is definitely a huge plus.

We are having additional work done on our condo by them, which is a testament to their work product. Danielle and I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism and kindness.

We had ROC build us a bathroom out of the unfinished mess that we inherited when we purchased our home. They have been wonderful throughout this whole process. We also had them redo the shower in our upstairs bathroom as well.
