Everything went fine. They cleaned our handmade wool carpet and it looks great. It was nice that they could pick up and deliver it. I would use them again to clean my other carpets. We got an excellent discount on the cleaning, which is much appreciated.

In January 2024 I had them clean three machine made oriental-type carpets and they look great and were done very fast at a reasonable cost.
