Jovan and Joseph steamed 2 rooms and cleaned our ducts. Everything was great!. They were courteous and careful in our house. Efficient and hard workers, they did a very nice job. Dream Steam prices seem reasonable to me.

We've hired Dreamsteam and Joe P to clean our carpets for several years now. We continue to bring them back out not only because of their affordable prices, but because of their high attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Joe P and Dreamsteam.

Joe and his team stripped, waxed and buffed our vinyl plank flooring, and we were very happy with the service. There were a couple of areas that needed touch up, and Joe was very responsive! We'll use Dreamsteam again.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Joe with Dream Steam and could not be more satisfied. We haven't had our carpets cleaned in 10 years so my expectations were not that high but wow, the results are amazing. They gave me a fair price, the estimate matched what I was asked to pay when the job was completed and they even took into consideration the sizes of my rooms when determining the total cost.
By the way, if you are fortunate enough to get Joe, not only are his cleaning skills amazing but also you get the pleasure of working with someone who is kind, trustworthy, loves what he does and is happy doing it!

We hired DreamSteam when getting our home ready to be put on the market. Everything went so well! The guy that came was so nice and also very cautious. He put guards up so wall corners were protected. He was very knowledgeable and did great work. Everything looked so pretty, fresh and clean. Thank you!

We had our tiles/grout steam cleaned in the 12 year old house we bought. The grout in the master bath was totally dark grey but knew the grout was white. Yuck! The team warned me the water from the tools might seep up the edging but that they would do their best to minimize issues.
We were amazed with the results! The bathroom brightened up beautifully. Their was minimal issues with the baseboards. It was worth the incredibly results.

The gentleman from Dreamsteam was very polite and friendly. He worked hard without a break all morning. He explained the extra work he had done on some very tough stains. My house was empty, as I had just purchased it, so the patterns left by the machine were completely simetrical. He attained the symmetry in the areas he had done extra work by going over the whole area before he finished. The carpet throughout the house looked brand new when he was finished. I would absolutely recommend Dreamsteam and I would hire them again.

We have used a handful of carpet cleaning services over the years and have always had decent results but never anything "Over the Top" until we hired Dream Steam. My initial inquiry was handled over the phone with such professionalism, unlike any other. The woman took so much time explaining their procedure, what I can expect and the approximate cost
We had some pretty significant stains so she said she would prefer to send Joe P out to the property because they wanted to see the situation before making any promises. When Joe came out to quote he was completely honest and did not give any false hopes or expectations. I appreciated his honesty and hired him. Joe came out with his equipment and cleaned the floors, cleaned and deodorized the carpets and removed stains that I never thought would come out...Ever! We highly recommend Dream Steam and have already recommended Joe to others and will continue to use Dream Steam for all of our future cleaning needs.

Dream Steam did a great job on our carpet! Garrett & Matthew were professional, friendly, & thorough. Our carpet looked wonderful & was nearly dry within 6-8 hours, as they said it would be. I have to say that Dreamsteam did an astonishing job on cleaning our carpet. In particular i wish to compliment Joe for his professional and quality service in this job. Since we have left the home i have only seen pictures, but my realtor gave a rave review. I am passing this link on to her so she has an opportunity to comment. The Dream Steam team is fabulous! Incredible customer service both by the in-office folks and the technician (Amber and Joe P.). They did a great job and were extremely professional and went above and beyond, including getting me a very thorough quote and even helping to move some furniture.

Joe and his partner were great! I don’t usually leave reviews but I told them I would for them! Anytime I needed to call Joe for a question prior to the day of service and on the day of service he answered every single time. The day of they came and cleaned everything within a hour and they even tried to help me with another stain I had that wasn’t included in the service I had selected. They were nice and funny and polite and didn’t try too hard to be professional or a complete stranger it was a great balance. They got the stain out of my rug and my couch smells so fresh and clean! I would 10/10 recommend!

The company was very professional and thorough. They did a fantastic job of making our 5 year old carpeting look brand new again. We had quite a few different stains and with the conscientious and diligent work from Dreamsteam all of them came out. The carpeting smelled fabulous and I can add that it only took 4 days for our house to sell. I believe that Dream Steam can make your carpet smell as good as baked chocolate chip cookies would to potential buyers. Priced very reasonably I would definitely recommend and I will for sure use them again in our next home.

Due to the relocation we need clean our carpet in the whole house before we can sell it properly in a very urgent timeline. And all my questions and expectations could only be communicated on the phone. Dreamsteam worked at our empty house with my neighbor opened the front door for them. After a week, when I finally could go home, I was very happy to see that all carpets upstairs / downstairs looked so clean! And their price is really very reasonable too. I feel we were taken care of like we are a family, not just a business. Very satisfied and appreciate!

Very cost effective and amazing quality of work! We were moving out of our rental and needed carpet cleaning done within a 2 day window where our furniture was moved out and when we no longer had access to the house. I spoke with Joe the manager on the phone and he was very nice and accommodating. They were able to fit us in the next day! The technicians D and Robert were friendly, quick, and did amazing work! We had some stains from a very concentrated dye in the carpet that I was concerned about and they used a special cleaner to make it look like it was never there. The place looked brand new after they were done, I will absolutely be using their services again!

I’m beyond impressed and thankful for the VERY thorough carpet cleaning we had done today by Dream Steam! I had called 3 separate companies - zero rez included- and I was tired of Zero rez coming, spending 15 minutes and then at the end of the cleaning, telling us it was actually another $300+ that wasn’t told to us before having them out and doing the cleaning.
Dream Steam was amazing!
I spoke with Mark the owner and he assured me that wouldn’t happen and it did not! The cleaning was well overdue and we had pet urine in multiple spots upstairs and in our basement. The technician who was here REALLY worked hard to get the stains out and was incredibly thorough! He was here for about 2.5 hours and there was no added costs to what I had spoken about previously with Mark.
I wanted to make sure and leave a review because I myself feel like I have to depend on reviews these days and for anyone in the metro area needing carpet cleaning- I HIGHLY suggest Dream Steam!

They just left and I already know I’ll absolutely use them again. Prompt and thorough. They even mentioned the door would be cracked for the hose so we could make sure our cats didn’t get too curious and wander out.

Rugs still need to dry but so far look so much better. They also left a few plastic squares so we could put a few furniture items back while protecting the legs. A local business like this is easy to support! Highly recommend.
