Pat is truly a life saver! He went far and beyond to help me. I had a white stain on my laminate wood floor. It was an aggressive stain and I scoured the web to find tricks/methods in how to remove it. I exhausted all my efforts. Defeated, I looked online for help and called multiple professional floor cleaning services. No one picked up. Feeling dejected, I stumbled upon Pat's company. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to pick up and was surprised when Pat did. He agreed to immediately come out the next day to check out the stain.

Once he arrived, he used various cleaners but none seemed to adequately do the job. We both quickly concluded that the damaged plank/board would need to be removed and replaced. I went on to further explain my predicament to Pat. I informed him I was moving out of state in two days and did not want to leave the damaged plank/board for my buyer. The least I could do was fix this before I move. But, who was going to fix it in such a short turnaround time? I was at my wits-end and had no one else to turn to. Pat graciously offered he will reach out to his contacts/network and try to find someone who can help me ASAP. He honored his words. A couple of hours later he reached out to me and said an individual he knows in the home remodeling business was going to call me. This individual did and we were able to make arrangements to remedy the situation.

I cannot thank Pat enough for going out of his ways to help me in my time of need. The care and attention he provided exceeded my expectations. Pat is amazing. I highly recommend Pat's services to everyone. Rest assured, he will do his best and take good care of you. Thank you so much Pat.

Pat did a great job cleaning my sofa and two ottomans that were handed down to me from family. They initially smelled strongly like dog and after he cleaned them, there is no trace of that. I would say the sofa was at least 15 years old and today it feels brand new. I’m happy to let my daughter snuggle into the fabric now that I know it’s clean.
Pat also had good communication and I was able to set up an appointment within the week. I would recommend him for furniture cleaning, and I’m sure most people don’t get theirs cleaned enough... or ever!

Pat can work miracles! I've used him several times on stubborn stains due to construction workers coming in and out of the house. He was able to get everything pristine. I highly recommend Pat for ANY type of flooring. I'm excited to have him back and work on my epoxy garage floor next. He can do it all. If you walk on it...he can clean it.

They did not complete requested tasks that were contracted for. When I called to request they come back, they refused. Poor job. Didn’t clean out the already empty cabinets or clean the floors. Would not recommend.

I hired them to do a deep cleaning. They swept and vacuumed, but didn’t dust or wipe anything. The carpet cleaners later said it was as if nobody had vacuumed. Overall terrible job.

Came over to give an estimate and cleaned all of our gutters on the spot. Friendly and very fair pricing. Would hire again!

My gutters LOOKED fine but whenever a hard rain would it, I would see water flowing over the side of the gutters. I thought it might just be the way my house is. When Affordable Gutters came for an estimate they mentioned that sometimes roofing material (I have a newish roof) can get baked in the gutters and clog them. They cleaned out the gutters and in the last few rain storms (which have been torrential) we havent had so much as a drop flow over the side. They get an A+. They were also really nice to work with and provided a quick estimate and started work the next day.

Kevin was very quick to respond to calls and I was able to get my gutters cleaned the next day. My gutters were terrible with basically trees growing out and years of neglect. They did a great job at a very fair price. I would use his service for any job I needed. Very pleased.
