TL;DR: Clean Air Restoration makes the whole process of fixing water damage easy and affordable and does amazing work.

I recently had some water damage in my house due to a leak. As a first time homeowner, I was overwhelmed. I called a few companies for estimates, and RJ from Clean Air Restoration came over, he was friendly and thorough, taking readings and listening to my concerns in order to understand full scope the problem. He told me what the plan of action would be and offered additional solutions to prevent the possibility of mold growth in the future. After sending the estimate, he patiently spent time with me on the phone answering my questions and walking through me the various line items.

One of thing that sealed the deal was that they were prepared to do both the water damage remediation work *and* the reconstruction work at the same time. (The other highly rated company in the running provided me with an estimate for gutting out the water damage, but would just leave it in a state of disrepair - and this was not clear at all due to the length and language used in the estimate, and I only discovered this at the 11th hour asking a million questions.)

RJ and the guys at Clean Air Restoration on the other hand were very transparent and clearly place clear communication as one of their priorities. I always felt in the loop and never pressured.

Most importantly, they did amazing work. And in terms of cost, they were extremely reasonable (for comparison, the other company's estimate was the same amount, but did not include reconstruction, which they said would cost double).

At the start of dealing with this water damage problem, it was a nightmare, but Clean Air Restoration made the process easy and put my home into a better state than it was previously. I'm very grateful for all the work they did, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

The individual who came out to my home was extremely thorough and polite. Communication was great as I received a text several days before to remind me of the appointment and when they were on their way. The technician was diligent about removing their shoes and cleaning up after they were done. I was quoted a price and the company stood by their quote. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Sunny was a delight. Friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Saw the photos of before and after and I am glad I had both the duct work and the dryer vents done! I would certainly recommend them to anyone!
