TL;DR: Clean Air Restoration makes the whole process of fixing water damage easy and affordable and does amazing work.

I recently had some water damage in my house due to a leak. As a first time homeowner, I was overwhelmed. I called a few companies for estimates, and RJ from Clean Air Restoration came over, he was friendly and thorough, taking readings and listening to my concerns in order to understand full scope the problem. He told me what the plan of action would be and offered additional solutions to prevent the possibility of mold growth in the future. After sending the estimate, he patiently spent time with me on the phone answering my questions and walking through me the various line items.

One of thing that sealed the deal was that they were prepared to do both the water damage remediation work *and* the reconstruction work at the same time. (The other highly rated company in the running provided me with an estimate for gutting out the water damage, but would just leave it in a state of disrepair - and this was not clear at all due to the length and language used in the estimate, and I only discovered this at the 11th hour asking a million questions.)

RJ and the guys at Clean Air Restoration on the other hand were very transparent and clearly place clear communication as one of their priorities. I always felt in the loop and never pressured.

Most importantly, they did amazing work. And in terms of cost, they were extremely reasonable (for comparison, the other company's estimate was the same amount, but did not include reconstruction, which they said would cost double).

At the start of dealing with this water damage problem, it was a nightmare, but Clean Air Restoration made the process easy and put my home into a better state than it was previously. I'm very grateful for all the work they did, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

The individual who came out to my home was extremely thorough and polite. Communication was great as I received a text several days before to remind me of the appointment and when they were on their way. The technician was diligent about removing their shoes and cleaning up after they were done. I was quoted a price and the company stood by their quote. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Sunny was a delight. Friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Saw the photos of before and after and I am glad I had both the duct work and the dryer vents done! I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

We had our duct work cleaned this morning by Clean Air Restoration. Very friendly, courteous, and thorough employee. Our cleaner walked our house and counted all registers with us and explained everything prior to beginning the work. Was here for approximately 3-4 hours, but it takes awhile to set everything up and he was very careful as to not bump our walls getting the large vacuum downstairs to where he hooks it up to our air handler. AC could not run during this time but house stayed relatively comfortable even though temps are in the 90's today. Before and after pictures were taken and shown to us before payment. Seeing these pictures makes me so happy we had this service done. Prior to booking, I was able to call and get an estimate. Very reasonable rates and if you go on their website and sign up to get their newsletter, you get $40.00 off your service!!! Win, win! We would definitely use Clean Air Restoration again!

So happy we found Clean Air Restoration! Awesome customer service when scheduling. We had our dryer vent cleaned due to the dryer not working properly. Our dryer vents out through the roof and we were concerned with the weather we would not find anyone to do this service in January. Sunny did an awesome job! From the very beginning, they were easy to work with. I scheduled my dryer vent cleaning easily online. They came out the next day, called when they were on the way, and explained their process. He worked worked quickly and got the job done. Highly recommend!! Will use you guys again… FOR SURE!

This company was recommended to us by our son. The business he works for has had very good experiences with them. We had the same experience with them. Randy, who completed the work, was excellent. He informed us on everything he was going to do. He was also very personable. We will use them again, when needed, and recommend them to others. If Randy is the person who completes your work, you will be lucky.

I was easily able to make an appointment online which was extremely convenient. I received an email confirmation and text right after as well! We got a text when our technician was on the way along with a phone call from our tech which was helpful so we could herd our dogs outside.

Niles, our technician, walked through the house to count the number of vents and we had a price upfront! It took about 4 hours to do all our vents and dryer vent. We were able to pay by CC which made it super easy.

He showed us before and after pictures and recommended we get this done every 5 years since we have pets. It was such a quick and easy experience and we highly recommend these guys! We'll be calling them again in 5 years for our next cleaning!

Our technician, Sunny, was brilliant from start to finish. He took time to explain things to me, show me before/after pictures (which were so drastically different) and was just overall a really friendly, awesome guy. While he was working, my elderly father stopped over to visit, and he was so impressed with Sunny that he asked for a business card to get his vents cleaned. My neighbors will also be calling to book with this company. It took a little longer than anticipated, but I truly feel like the job was done so throughly. Our house (and air) already feels so much cleaner. I highly recommend Sunny at Clean Air Restoration!

Randy has great customer service skills! He explained everything and answered all our questions. He was very thorough, efficient and offered other services such as dryer vent cleaning. The house was built 24 years ago and never had any of its ducts cleaned. He showed us photos of before and after of the ducts. We really needed all of them and the dryer vent cleaned. We should not have as much dust blowing around in our house in the future. We are very happy we had it done!

They kept in communication with me and let me know when they were on their way to the appointment and also followed up to let me know when they were completed. I had a good experience and good technician. Thorough and not in a rush at all. Even re-did a couple ducts after looking with camera and seeing some concrete that was not easy to remove. Removed the mold I had in crawl space vent and spent extra time cleaning and additional OXY. Very pleased.
