Live in a triplex and contracted for snow removal for the season with them. We had no problems until the 9 inch snow this week that they didn’t show up for. Started calling and leaving voicemails and last night, 36 hrs after the storm I got a response that we were accidentally left off the list but would be added back on and they’d be out before the end of the night. They weren’t. Today I’ve tried every 4 hrs to call and now their voicemail is full to no response and the driveway and parking pad is treacherous slop during the day and dangerous ice at night, after being completely impassable the day before. There seems to be no sense of urgency or ownership in their contractual responsibilities they agreed to in taking on seasonal snow removal.

Lazy and trying to ghost me. I had a contract with Steigauf Brothers for snow clearing this season that includes my house along with 3 of my neighbors. 9 inches of snow fell, but they only cleared half of my sidewalks and didn't touch the driveway. They told a neighbor that they weren't sending out plows to do driveways for houses, and were expecting the snow to just melt. Repeated messages to them went unanswered.

30 hours after the snow stopped falling the work wasn't done and there was no communication from them at all. It wasn't until I finally cleared the snow myself that I got a message saying plows would be out to clear driveways. I never saw one of their plows come by. I tried to terminate my contract and get a refund, but they won't respond.

I stopped by their office today and there was no one in. Their own sidewalk wasn't even shoveled 48 hours after the storm.

In trying to find some other way to get in touch with the company I found that the old business owner recently sold to Cohl Kerkau, and then sued him in conciliation court for collecting accounts receivable he wasn't entitled to.

Do not trust them. Do not hire them.

I have used Steigauf Bros for more than 15 years. Mark and his brothers had a wonderful reliable yard service year round. You could always depend on them doing an excellent timely job. The company was sold about two years ago and the new owners are not reliable. It snowed 9 inches last Wednesday and after repeated requests they finally plowed my driveway on Sunday morning. It was impassable with drifts. I will not be using them in the future. I think it is very unfortunate that the client base which was so well served in the past has to cope with this inefficiency and poor service.

Snow removal - I do not recommend Steigauf brothers for snow removal. I mistakenly used them for two years, and both were extremely frustrating. Compared to my neighbors snow removal services, Steighaf are typically the last on the block to get snow plowed. After large storms the wait is even longer, and I have to shovel the front steps, which defeats the purpose of snow removal service. I typically don't leave reviews however I wanted to warn others since snow covered steps can be a safety hazard. Very frustrating and unreliable service due to never knowing when they will show up.

Two Brothers helped me with the removal of a tree that blew down on top of our fence in the wind. They did a great job, and were super prompt, coming out the same day I contacted them and arriving at the time they promised. They were friendly and got the job done quickly, even clearing up the loose debris from the yard. Awesome company!

Two Brothers Landscape LLC is such a great company! Customer service is top notch and they are so giving! Came and helped me out during the blizzard and cleared my driveway for me, last min while they were super busy! Definitely recommend!

Dillon had a post on Facebook offering free snow removal. I had just tweaked my back yesterday so I reached out! He said he would be happy to and said he would add me to the list and be staying at 3. They came and were unloaded and loaded back up into the truck within 10 minutes! I had said I could take care of the top half and was unable to do the heavy stuff from the plow. They did that AND took care of the rest of the drive way and the sidewalk!!! 10/10 recommend !

My car was stuck in the snow and these brothers came out and helped tow it free. They were incredibly kind, quick to help, and didn’t hesitate to lend a hand when I really needed it. They truly show what being a Minnesota neighbor is all about. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you again!

Previous owner did a paver sidewalk but just laid it in top of sand. It was sinking more every year, always had ant hills, and every spring when the snow melted I’d have a pond at the bottom of my steps. Called these boys to redo it for me and they did an excellent job!! No more ants and no more pond! Very hard working and polite. Will be hiring them again for my next project.
