Our home required some roof repair. I initially talked with Troy about our project, Eric responded to my other questions, and the very next day Eric came to our home. With our project's limited scope, Eric completed the work exceptionally well that same day. Eric was very patient, professional, and explained his work and approach, which I very much appreciated. In sum, Zups Construction provided a fair price, high quality work, and exceptional customer service, in direct contrast to other roofing companies who provided overpriced estimates without a clear scope of work. I highly recommend Zups for any residential work within their stated expertise.

Great experience! I had gutters replaced and the process was so easy. I texted Jeremy who used aerial photos and a couple I took to give me a fast quote. It was easy to pay and get scheduled. The team who showed up were on time, professional and left no mess behind. They even saw a couple issues on my roof and sent me the photos since I can't get up there easily. I appreciated their attention to detail and advice on the job site. Would definitely hire Zups again! 🏆💯

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Eric and his crew after they were done doing the new roof you couldn't even tell they were there they cleaned up so nice. Eric's crew were very very professional and very respectful of my mom's yard and things around it. I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past and Eric by far was the best the best I've ever worked with very professional very courteous and very kind Eric thank you for the great job my mom loves her new roof!!!

Excellent experience, I was having trouble even getting contractors to return my calls for my job as it wasn't initially being bid as a roof replacement. Zups completed the inspection and worked persistently with the insurance company proving that a full replacement was needed along with code updates. During the construction phase, they coordinated with the gutter protection company as well as an insulation company to schedule timing that worked for all parties. The crew was efficient and did an excellent job with installation and cleanup, minimal debris and nails found. Would recommend and will use them again.

I had an egress window installed and the installer was prompt at 8:30am as promised and done with the install in about 4 hours. They were super communicative during the lead up and answering all my questions. Even texted me back as last as 10pm. The window looks great and even made it fit in the space of my old window. Their price was very standard with egress windows. Definitely will have them back.

I contacted Zups when I noticed my roof was starting to fail prematurely. Troy came out and was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and talked to me about how adding new venting and tiger paw underlayment would help prolong the life of the new roof. I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member, and I look forward to calling them again on future projects.

After a hail storm had passed through the area, I contacted my insurance company who agreed to a roof replacement. I then contacted three different contractors to get pricing and discuss the process. Zup's Construction was easy to work with, knew the insurance process, and did great quality work. They worked with my insurance company to get the new roof updated to the current building codes, which required new sheathing installed throughout the roof and removed a slight sag which had developed over the years. They were extremely easy to work with, delivered a quality product, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating similar work.

I have on several occasions tried to do business with Zups Construction. They tell me they are coming to do an estimate and not show...then when I show mild annoyance they then tell me they decided my job was too small. They don't return calls or emails, then change the rules of the game to suit their needs. I understand maybe a job might be too small, then post your minimums so we don't waste our time chasing you either. Just a bad experience.
