Absolute great customer service! I called and they got someone to my house within a few hours. The even called and asked if I wanted sooner! I asked them to call 15 minutes before coming and they did! Jimmy was my technician and he got to my house and figured out the problem right away! Even explained a few things to me!! I will no longer use anyone else’s services! Thank you for a great experience.

Nick is a great guy; super honest, wise beyond his years for sure and very fair!! He helped up in the 100 degree stretch last summer, another tech misdiagnosed the issue, told us it would be around $1,500 to fix the AC unit… Nick came in, within an hour had us back up and running and it was a $75 part! Then our brand new furnace acted up a few weeks ago, the installer did not pitch the venting enough and water got stuck in the drain pipe. 3 techs later, 5 days with little to no heat ($1,000 of parts replaced that didn’t fix anything) Nick comes in and saves the day (again!!) and had us up and running within 2 hours. He’s very thorough and honest, I will never call anyone else again!! Thank you again sir, you are the best! Safe yourself the headaches from others and go with Northern Climate Experts.

Nick and Jimmy came to my home within 24 hours of me calling to replace a regulator that caused a leak from our gas line into our home and did a great job replacing it! Great company and great people! Highly recommend these guys!

Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working, we called and set up and appointment for the next day - they showed up in the time window they said! 2 guys came out, one was Nick who was very knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with our unit and had it fixed within 30 minutes! Also, the price was very reasonable. He also answered some lingering questions we had about temp settings. Thank you so much for fixing our A/C and we will definitely call these guys in the future! (and recommend them to others!)

Northern Climate Experts are knowledgeable, responsive, and have very competitive pricing. The installation was clean and impressive. Nick and Jimmy made it a priority to accommodate our heating/cooling needs and were very detail oriented to ensure we had a complete solution.
