I had a very comlex tree to remove to the ground - one to trim - one to grind. I'm Impressed.

I met with a few sources in the area. 2 were "cheaper" and 1 was the same price. Why did I pick RAML? They confidently discussed the unavoidable collateral damage that I'd have.... discussed safety... did not make me play 30 appointments and high pressure.

Mike discussed a few ways that I could save some money. When he got to a "dangerous" condition, he stopped (as agreed)... asked me to do my part and promptly continued.

Due to construction, I had a minor change -- there were zero compaints or discussion -- the job just got done.

After the job was completed, I was coached on how to safely trim my other trees as "it's not worth it for you to hire us --- you can do it --- here's how."

The most stunning and stellar part was a small task remained open. I sent a text. Immediately received an apology. The task was scheduled and completed. We all get busy; few contractors own it - most make excuses and shift the blame. What more can you ask for?

It's too bad they do not work in Minneapolis, I'd like to hire them for a project there.

Mike is the type of professional you'd like to have in your family or hang out with.

Raml Tree Services did a great job clearing out some overgrown forest in my backyard for a very good price. His team came right on time in the morning and were done mid afternoon. Would definitely recommend to others!

Referred to Mike Raml from a friend. He was very busy (because he does great work at a fair price), so it took a bit for him to come out. We weren't in a hurry, so the timing worked out. He spent 3 days at our place cleaning up some major storm damage in our woods. It now looks like a park. He used a forestry head to mulch, an excavator to safely knock down hung up trees and branches, and a lift to cut some high broken branches. He neatly piled the big logs and mulched everything else. I can't say enough great things about the work that he did. I would highly recommend him. You can't go wrong with hiring Raml Tree Service.

A very good tree company. I had a very difficult Tree close to my deck and house and they removed it with absolutely no problem. The only problem I had with them is that they never really let me know when they were coming out they would say they were coming out one week and then they wouldn't and then they would say the next week they were coming out and they didn't now I don't know if this is due to overbooking or weather Etc. but it still would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know what was going on. Besides that little hiccup everything went great. When they did get out here it only took them 2 business days to knock the tree down and do a full clean-up job. Which I thought was a very reasonable time. Very polite crew. They always answered any questions that I had about the tree or anything around the tree. So overall I gave them four stars for the fact of them not letting me know what was going on the weeks they didn't come out. Their work though is a 5 star rating!!! I definitely will hire them again.
