I've relied on O'Neil Electric for years and can't say enough good things about their work. The office folks always answer the phone and are super friendly. The electricians show up on time, do great work, and are also friendly and professional. Don't think twice next time you need any electrical work done.

I had O’Neill Electric install an EV charger at my house and they did a fantastic job. The whole process was smooth—super professional, on time, and easy to work with. The installer Dave was beyond great, very friendly, knowledgeable along with a great sense of humor! He walked me through everything, answered my questions, and the finished setup looks clean and works perfectly.

You can tell they take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing any form of electrical work! They will be my only call from here on out.

First time small business owners here and we were lucky enough that our designer recommended O'Neill! We had a great experience from start to finish and are in love with how our gym space turned out! We attained the exact vibe/mood we were going for with the mix of lighting that was put in. These guys do excellent work! They were on time and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Cole was friendly and very knowledgeable and both he and Dan worked very hard in cold weather to get my panel upgraded and my level two charger installed in my old Stillwater Cottage. Highly recommend O’Neill Electric.

Technician spent all of 5 minutes analyzing why 3 circuit breakers kept tripping in my basement then went shopping for almost an hour for replacements even though I preemptively sent photos of my breaker panel for clarification. After $700 for 3 new breakers my problem persisted 2 days later. Complete waste of my money and time.

I hired O’Neil Electric in March to address an issue with my ceiling fan light and hallway lights. The electrician informed me that the ceiling fan had the wrong bulb and that the hallway light fixtures needed to be replaced. However, within a week, the ceiling fan stopped functioning entirely, and I ultimately had to replace the hallway lights myself.

Despite the limited and ineffective service, I received a $400 invoice. I contacted the company to express my concerns. On April 2, Ashley O’Neil acknowledged the issue and said she would follow up. Over a month later, on May 9, I received a payment reminder via text. I reiterated that I was still awaiting a response from April, and Ashley again stated she would speak with the electrician. At that point, I informed her I would pay the invoice but planned to leave a review. She asked me not to leave the review and again promised me a follow up. After giving ample time for resolution and receiving no further communication as of today 6/17/25 I feel it is important to share my experience.

In my case, the work was minimal, the results unsatisfactory, and the customer service disappointing. I would not recommend O’Neil Electric based on this experience
