Crafted Contracting

We hired Noel with Crafted Contracting to remodel a hstoric house that had been neglected by the previous owners. Unfortunately, nearly everything done by his crews was done cheaply and incorrectly. He almost never showed up and left for weeks on vacation mid job without any warning, putting us in a bind as we were on a tight schedule. Its now been five years and we’re still finding issues and cracks due solely to his lack oversite and terrible employees. We’ve had to replaster several rooms. Rips in the vapor shield had to be corrected. He promised us the demo crew would cover the floors during plaster removal, I showed up and nothing was covered and floors sustained severe damage. I asked if it was necessary to fur out wall studs to provide proper depth for sheetrock. ‘No need, I’ve done tons of historic houses’ he said, which created days of extra work when trimming openings. If you care about your property, look elswhere.
