General Contractor reviews in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota

Olson Construction did a superb job on our roof and window project.

It's was great. They stuck to the timeline and got everything done.

I called a handful of times and left a voicemail with no response. I understand people get busy, but that was a week ago, it doesn’t take long for a quick call back.

Fantastic company. The people are wonderful to work with, especially Amanda!

Easy to work with. Straightforward. Honest feedback. Taking the pressure & weight off the mind

Had nick and his crew come out and replace a deck for us. Answered all my questions and very happy with the results. Don’t look anywhere else people!!

I'd have him do the job again. They were very informative. Jason was very professional and was willing to provide me with additional pointers

I have worked with Jeff (Mac) on several projects. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions that I have.

Nick and his team did our gutters, siding and roof. Came in under budget and ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

I have a family member and a friend who work for Olson Construction. They are a good company that does a good job.

Great folks to work with! Very professional do excellent work! This is the 3d job they’ve done for me and it’s always gone well in a timely fashion with excellent eye for detail. Highly recommend!!

Horrible company overcharged for work no Communication very unprofessional or not recommend his company to know one
Also, Jacob, your project manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. He tried to come to my side and pick things apart when he didn’t even know what he was doing. You guys are unprofessional and need to really step it up.

Jeff was awesome to work with!!! He set us up with their designer and the communication with everyone was top notch! Everything turned out amazing!

Olson Construction helped me get my roof approved for hail damage when other companies could not. The entire process went great!

My husband and I have used Olson Construction for multiple home renovation projects and have been nothing but thoroughly pleased with each project! Would 10/10 recommend this company.

Nick and his crew are very professional and finished the job on time and just the way we wanted it! We will definitely use them again and will be referring them to others. We had our basement finished at very fair price and the quality of work was top notch!

The crew showed up on time and did great work. They went beyond the specific tasks requested and did extra work to produce a high quality outcome based on their experience and expertise - for example, they added caulking to seal the roofing better as well as the venting pipe that was repaired. I’d hire them again.

I used Olson Construction to design and build a 26’x28’ detached garage. I’m very pleased with the overall outcome as well as the experience I had with each crew (site prep, foundation/concrete, framing, siding and windows, roofing, electrical).

We hired Olson Construction for ice dam removal and Nick and the crew did an awesome job. It was very high up, tedious and dangerous. Not to mention it was about 10 degrees with a negative 5 degree windchill. They did a very thorough job and everyone treated us and our property with great respect. We would use them again for any type of construction, roofing, ice dam removal and remodeling in the future. Highly recommend them!

Contracted with Olson Construction to build our 36'x48' post-frame workshop. High quality work, good communication, very knowledgeable and competent general and subs. We are very happy with the result and would absolutely work with Nick and team again.

These guys are amazing. Took our dingy old cedar siding off and got us all spiffed up. We were lucky enough to sign on right before Covid hit, so our project got really interesting. Even with all the challenges over the last year, supply chain issues and overall shortage of labor and everything else, we got all new siding, gutters, and a beautiful new roof. I can't say enough good things, but most importantly, Nick and his team were honest, trustworthy, and truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a beautiful new exterior!!!
