The crew was friendly, but did not do a good job of cleaning. There was hair and other items on the bathroom floor, and they didn't shake or vacuum the rugs in the guest bathroom. The mirrors were dirty with a hair hanging on one of the mirrors in the master bathroom, and there was a ledge that was full of dust, moreover, it did not have a lot of items on the ledge and would have been super easy to move items and clean. I was disappointed to say the least.

If you, like me, share the privilege of being in the radius of TFYL, consider yourself lucky. They are competitive with anyone in price but no one competes with them in service. This company is my #1 recommendation.

The individual that came for an introductory appointment would not wear a mask which would’ve been OK had she been vaccinated. She claimed that that was her personal choice. I wouldn’t choose to have someone that irresponsible in my home.

I contracted this company to clean my rental when I moved out. I had so many things to do as I was relocating and did not want to deal with cleaning. I left it very dirty and was hopeful that they would do a good job. They sent a team of 4 and were done in an hour and a half. After they were done I received a call from the property manager. He told me he was amazed at how clean it was. I am receiving my deposit back and was so impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Also I called pretty last minute.
