I have used Minnetonka Construction for two window projects in the last year. They were great on both projects. The first projects was installing 4 new windows in my basement that didn't have enough natural light coming through. The project turned out great and the pricing was reasonable.
The second project was replacing 12 windows that were about 25 years old. They replaced all very quickly and made as little of a mess as possible. Brad is a great project manager and always let me know what was going on. I would definitely use Minnetonka Construction for future projects.

Brad and the team did a great job helping us select the design and colors, communicating, follow-up and overall management of the project. The workers showed up and continually worked hard all
day and even into dusk to complete the project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Brad and his team. -

We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service we received from the entire team at Minnetonka Construction. When hail damaged our roof, George expertly guided us through the entire insurance claim process, making a stressful situation feel manageable and straightforward.
Once the project was approved, Brad and his crew were fantastic. Brad was punctual, communicative, and incredibly efficient — they not only met the timeline but actually finished the new roof ahead of schedule. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and we’ve already had multiple neighbors stop by to compliment the stunning shingle color (we love it too!).
A huge thank you also goes to Liz and Jessie in the office, who kept everything running smoothly on the administrative side and made the whole experience seamless.
