Dont drive like that on US212 with the name on the side of your truck. Going 90mph and using Exit Lanes to pass people is ignorant. 3:22PM on 3/25.

Was honest. Great sales guy and followed through on materials agreed. Totally missed on foundation. Failing after one winter, footings about 60% right. Told to cover deterioration with mulch. After $70k. Really? Pad dimension was not my decision. Get a second quote.

Troy and his team were amazing from start to finish. We were living at the house during the work and they were very accommodating and understanding. We have some more projects down the road that we will be utilizing their services for.

Troy is honest, fair and does what he says he's going to do. Great work and easy to have in your home. If you want reliable high quality work you can trust at a fair price, call Troy Mason.

Worst contractor experience I've ever had, and I've redone two homes with several different contractors over the past few years within the Twin Cities. Thought I would try someone local instead of having my usual contractors have to travel from St. Paul.

Turns out Troy was just a contractor with a fancy truck that hires a bunch of sub-contractors to do the work for him, & was never there to manage the quality of work.

This resulted in an endless amount of re-do's & attempted fixes of substandard work by his subcontractors and even himself in one case, which turned out even worse as he clearly didn't know how to do the work (putting floor tile grout in a splash surround of a sink instead of clear/white silicone...?)

This led to double charging for substandard work & various other methods of price-gouging & high dissatisfaction on the part of the client.

Damages to my property beyond the actual room being worked in were constant as there was no presence by him (& of course I was at work).

This led to me basically having to manage the project & deal with 14 other various contractors tromping carelessly through my home & an unknown amount of strangers having my security codes while not being monitored.

I was put in the position of having to constantly monitor quality of work, taking pictures of damage & trying to 'convince' Troy the damage was new.

Felt I like I was being gaslit for 4 months.

I can only guess he has his friends writing these great reviews listed here, which is how I found him, or maybe there is a male on site to help deal with him, as he clearly struggles to hear a female voice.

I *think* he may be listed as a partner on the sheet the Tile Shop in Minnetonka/Plymouth gives out when clients ask for contractor reccs. I called to let them know I wld strongly suggest removing them.

    Buyer beware!

Troy Mason of Mason Construction Services was a real pleasure to work with. His communication was prompt and professional throughout the entire process. He quickly arranged for a team to install a new deck railing for us, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. We’re very pleased with the quality and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Troy and his team to anyone looking for reliable construction services.
