Kegan did a great job installing our RO this morning. He was very professional. Left the kitchen spotless including under the sink after the install and left me with clear instructions on how to do the system start up.

Our furnace went out when we were out of town. Ali came over and fixed the problem very quickly. He gave us different options to fix the problem and get the furnace heating right away. Ali was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Having a stranger come to fix your furnace in January… who knows what you’ll get. But Roger was terrific. Arrived same day, fixed the problem right away, reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Very please with the entire interaction of Hurlburt Plumbing. Very easy to schedule, next day availability to diagnose water heaters issue, and a quick turnaround to replace said water heater. Technicians were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use this company again.

Logan was absolutely amazing!! He was prompt and very professional despite our dogs going bonkers, my wife’s stress level and wet basement! We had a pipe go and was flooding the basement while I was at work and needed an emergency call, I was surprised how quickly he was able to get to our house, it was within an hour of calling and we live in the country just west of Eau Claire! I can’t say enough how truly grateful I am for Logan’s ability to handle the situation with expertise and speed, saving our basement from costly water damage! Thank you Logan and thank you Hurlburt for having such an excellent staff!!

Ali was great! He communicated well, fixed the problem and made some helpful suggestions to less en the strain on my boiler. He explained things to me clearly. I was very pleased as it was a last minute problem right before traveling.

More from Hurlburt came out when our furnace went out of course on New Year's day. More was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was willing to educate and explain things. He got our furnace working again and looked around More and found our heat exchange is in it's last legs. Without Moe's skill we would have had frozen pipes eventually. More even cut one fee in half as it didn't take him long at all to do the work. Thanks Moe and Hurlburt!

We were SO pleased to do business with Hulbert! Our furnace died just as the temperature started to drop. Who to call? Didn’t know much about furnace repair or replacement. Read the reviews on Hulburt and called them. From the phone appointment person, to Ali, who came out to see if our furnace could be resurrected. He was excellent and knowledgeable and very thorough. Then Ben, the guy who explained the options and types of furnaces. Also, excellent. Then, Jeff the installer came. On time, great communicator and again, very good. Diego R, finished up with the electrical. Fast, efficient and well done.
From start to finish, they were, each one, professional, helpful and quick to respond.

Jared was amazing! Called to give me a time frame when he was coming, was very respectful, replaced the burners and walked me through what it all meant! I didn’t understand it all haha but he showed photos and said they are on file to always know what was done and how the parts looked at the time! So glad I called Hurlburt, customer for life!

Tim has done wonderful job by fitting bidet in my apartment. He's very professional and excellent while dealing with the customers.

Jarrod S visited my home, diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave good, honest advice. He knew his stuff! And truly had my best interests in mind.

I had a plumbing inspection scheduled with Hurlburt. Their inspectors are certified plumbers/ card carriers. A leaking laundry shut off valve was found and Jarrod had other upgrade suggestions. And we really wanted the faucet on the laundry tub replaced. After the inspection was completed he proceeded to install the upgrade, replaced the old shut-offs and installed a new faucet.Another great job by Hurlburt. Thanks Jarrod. Add that to the central air conditioner and boiler they installed last year and this outfit is batting 1000.

Diego R did a check on the furnace installed to make sure everything was done properly. Diego did a nice job. He introduced himself and went to do the inspection which took a short amount of time. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing does a thorough job. Call them if you need work done or installed.

Mike did a fantastic job! He researched everything so he knew all aspects before making a final determination of what was wrong with my central AC unit. And then he fixed it! He went above and beyond with cleaning the system as well! He did it with a smile And very professional! Also worked in a very timely manner.I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs HVAC work! Thanks so much, Mike! You’re the best!
