Hurlburt and Kegan did a great job for my wife and I. I called Thursday and by noon Friday we had a new water heater installed. Jordan, our advisor was professional and not pushy. Kegan, our installer was also very professional (as was his helper) both in appearance and manners. He explained how everything worked etc which my wife liked. We also went over the cost, both upfront and long term benefits (again not pushy) of the rewards club, which we did join. All in all their team made it easy for us. As you can see by the pictures, perhaps it wasn't as easy for Kegan and assistant. It was a tight fit.

Found this company because of their great reviews and 5 Star ratings. Tony was on time, explained everything he was doing for my noisy water heater, was efficient and courteous. Will definitely use Hurlburt again.

I called Hurlburt’s because I needed an electrician to put the mast back up on my house. Last Friday a tree branch had fallen down on my electric feed line from the transformer to the house, pulling the mast and some siding off my house. The power company said I needed an electrician to put it back up. I called Hurlburt’s and spoke with Nora, she told me she would get back with an estimated time they could get a technician here. She called back right away and with a call back to the power company she had an electrician on his way. Frank arrived and assessed the problem and called me back with the estimate. I feel it was very reasonable considering the short notice and how fast he arrived. Frank reattached the mast and told me a few things about how it was previously mounted. Frank was very professional and courteous. I’ve used Hurlburt this last spring for furnace repair, I referred them to my son whose furnace had went out. He chose to have them install and new efficient furnace. I would highly recommend Frank and Hurlburt to anyone needing home or office repairs. Thank you very much Frank. You are the best!!!!!

Beau, Dave, David, one other whose name I can’t recall and designer Andrew bid and installed a new furnace/heat pump in our Minnesota home. I’ve used Hurlburt at a weekend home in Wisconsin—where I’ve been very satisfied—and gave them a try in Mn. The group did an excellent job and were very responsive to my specific questions and concerns. I highly recommend Hurlburt.

Water heater replacement last minute on Saturday. Staring with contacting customer service we got amazing help. Even got a call to let us know about arrival time of the tech to home had changed. They had a water heater in their truck andbwas able to do the whole replacement there on the spot. Andrew our tech was great and polite. He cleaned up after himself. You couldn't even tell he was here other than my shiny new water heater and the fact that I had hot water again.

We were experiencing furance problems heading into a sub zero weekend. Hurlburts was able to schedule a same day appointment. Ali T, the professional technician from Hurlburts diagnosed the furnace issue, provided options to resolve, was patient in explaining and in answering my questions and completed the furnace repair in just over an hour. The cost was very fair and I would highly recommend Ali T and Hurlburts and will be using them again for my HVAC needs.

Craig was on site within an hour of my call. He was kind, professional and open to questions and concerns. He found the issue with my HVAC promptly and was able repair it the same day. Will definitely be working with them again.

My water heater needed service and when calling Hurlburt, they got a technician to come out right away. Jeremy N came and diagnosed that I'd need a replacement unit. He installed it right there and then. He was very efficient and respectful of my home in putting cloth down on the floors and cleaning up the area worked in. I became part of the Family Rewards Club and will be excited to receive annual inspections of electrical, plumbing and HVAC at a great monthly price. I highly recommend Hurlburt and will refer my family and friends to them in the future!

Excellent experience. They were able to send out a technician within an hour of my call. The repair was complete with a few hours. The tech was professional and willing to answer all questions about the repair. Coat was reasonable and fair.

Kegan M and his assistant were amazing! Professional, detailed when letting us know what they would have to do, giving us a detailed description of the work and how much it would cost before they started! Their work was done in a timely manner, arrived earlier than expected, which I so rarely expected or experienced when it comes to home repairs. 24 hours from the moment that I called to the moment the completed the work! Greg M installed 2 new gimbal trim 6" wafer lights above our fireplace and also changed out an existing ceiling fan/light with a new fixture. He was very professional and worked methodically. We were extremely happy with his work. We will definitely consider him for next projects in the future! 😉

Our furnace failed at midnight on the first solid storm of the season. I used the chat system to have an appointment set up and Moe was able to be here by 9. By end of day he had sourced the part and fixed the unit! Also talked me through unit health and concerns. At no point was he pushing a product.

Diego provided us with a great quote for adding several outlets in the kitchen, basement, and front room and upgrading other outlets. We have an older home so there were unexpected things in the walls that required Diego to come up with a solid workaround. We’re very happy with the results!

We had a great experience. We had Jordan H, an experienced electrician, out to our home for work. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He involved us in the entire process by asking us questions, explaining his plans, and asking us for input. He installed our new lights which look new and modern and work perfectly well. He even went above and beyond by cleaning up the cobwebs near the installation sites and leaving our space clean and safe. We will be using them for all of our electrical work moving forward. Highly recommend this company and especially Jordan.

I called in for services on my dad's mobile home and they were able to get us in the schedule as soon as next morning. As no one was going to be home at time of services we were able to set up a hidden key for them. Bill was super patient over the phone and waiting on me while I called my dad and check in with him. 11/10 kindness

My very old water shutoff valve needed to be replaced. I had received a recommendation for Hurlburt Plumbing from a friend because I had not previously needed plumbing services at my present home and didn’t know where to turn. Their customer service was great in scheduling me due to my difficult availability. But their plumber, Chase, was even more outstanding. He not only replaced the the leaky valve, bur moved it to a much more convenient spot and also completed the winterizing the line. Throughout the whole process, he informed me of what he would do and educated me on another plumbing issue that also needs to be addressed quickly. Chase us an excellent ambassador of great customer care for Hurlburt Plumbing.

The sales process was great, they gave us many options to consider, and answered all questions that I had.

Install day was perfect. Very respectful and professional guys. They explained what was happening, and were very thorough with explaining my new system.

I would highly recommend Hurlburt to anyone. A new furnace and ac is an investment in your home, and it shows when these guys actually care. Well done.

Jordan and his associate were excellent! They were very personable, listened to my story, addressed all my issues and were very professional! They made good use of their time and when an issue was difficult to identify, he stayed focused and pursued it until it was resolved! I will be using his and Hurlburt heating and plumbing, electric services for all my future needs! Dawn
