Dan showed up on time and plunged straight into my plumbing chaos like a hero. He fixed everything fast, explained it clearly, and didn’t drain my wallet. My pipes have never been happier. If your plumbing is acting shady, don’t pipe down, call Dan at Brass Tact. He really knows how to go with the flow.

Robert came in and asked if he could wear his shoes ( the issue was in our 100+year basement so of course the answer was yes! It was nice to be asked. He removed and old toilet and capped the drilling. It was over quickly he was polite and chatted with me briefly. Before he left he took me down to show me how to uncap the drain if we ever need to. It went very well. Thanks bedrock!

Jordan was fantastic. He was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to come out within a couple hours of calling. He got the new sump pump installed quickly after we discovered ours had died and the water was overflowing into the house. Would definitely recommend this company again.

We were not getting hot water. They came out and determined the pump needed to be replaced. They returned the next day to complete the repair.
