Matt and the crew were great. They were on time, polite, and professional. Even wore little booties in the house. Matt was quick and efficient. His experience and knowledge was apparent. He even adjusted the installation to be more effective. He finished early. They filed the require inspection forms, and Excel rebate forms. I would highly recommend Matt and his company Hurlburt without hesitation.

Our technician Ko was knowledgeable about our Lennox furnace and explained in details how the broken inducer motor connected to the other parts. He ordered a replacement and came back promptly the next day to install it and got our furnace running again. We are thankful to have heat before the weather got much colder. Ko is very professional and kind and we felt we were in good hands.

Chase was very honest and forthcoming. Took great pride in his work and his advice. Recommend him highly.

Five stars for Gary L and his colleague. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed why my fireplace was intermittently failing to start and shutting off on its own when it would start. Their explanation was clear and easy to follow.

The colleague demonstrated sharp technical skill while troubleshooting and persistence. It was obvious they knew exactly what to test and why. Both technicians were straightforward and honest about the repair options and costs, which I really appreciated. We recently had a new water softener and reverse osmosis system installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Tony C and Scott N were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the system before wrapping up.

Bob is the best! My parents AC wasnt working (happened to stop working during the 100 degree spell) they called a company to come fix it & they told them they needed a whole new unit and couldnt install it for a week. I called Bob and he went right over there and said he could fix it for a quarter of the price and had it working the next day! So appreciated Bob's expertise and compassion to not have my elderly parents have to endure the heat any longer!

Our air conditioner started to give out a month ago. Bob of Absolute Heating and Cooling Services hunted for parts in the Covid era shortage while he nursed the unit through all of the heat we just had. He came to our house 4 times to keep it going. Bob quickly fixed it when the parts arrived.
Bob has helped us many times over the years, usually in the dead of winter or heat of summer. We call and Bob is there. No really, he responds immediately.
We are grateful.

Absolute to the rescue once again! I had a repairman in for a different problem. He said that one of the gas regulators was leaking gas and it should be replaced. The next day I called Absolute and Bob came promptly. He did replace the regulator and charged less than a third of what the other company had quoted. Bob is always so courteous. He truly knows his craft and is one of the most honest business men I have ever dealt with. Thank you again, Bob.
