Constraction reviews in West St Paul, Minnesota

Gerard is an effective communicator and works well with the adjuster’s. I have done two projects with him and my experience has been great.

Extremely easy process from beginning to the end - Gerard made it happen!

Gerald and the team at Anchor are great! They replaced my roof after storm damage and were great to work with and helped identify some other issues with the roof and get those repaired as well.

Anchor contracting did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters. They handled all the paperwork from the insurance company making the process so much easier for me. I would recommend them to anyone

They were professional and respectful, let me know in advance what would happen with dealing with my insurance provider and getting the roof replaced and other details. They took care of the interface with my insurance as well as doing a fantastic job of replacing my roof and cleaning up in one day, of course there was staging before the actual work but it all went smoothly and the results are great. Yes, I recommend Anchor Contracting.

Incredibly knowledgeable, Gerard went above and beyond to walk me through every inch of our roof with extreme attention to detail. Very good communicator by text or phone calls and talked through the entire contract so I understood the proposal for work and compensation. After that he had his demo & install crew scheduled in less than a week. Highly recommend.

Gerard and his team present with a great deal of knowledge about storm restoration. Regardless of the type of work that is needed, its guaranteed to be a a great experience with this team working for you. As another contractor in a similar business, this is an absolute stand out company! I highly recommend!

We contacted Anchor Contracting after storm damage to the roof and siding of our home. Anchor came highly recommended from another contractor. Their crew did an excellent job, met schedules and were easy to work with. They are knowledgeable related to insurance claims and were helpful throughout the claim process.

Gerard and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. We were struggling with our insurance company and he was able to work with them to quickly get the claim approved. He was always very responsive to texts and calls & kept us up to date on the project and the timeline. His crew was hard working, polite and did a high quality job. We’re quite knowledge in house projects and finicky and we didn’t have a single complaint. We highly recommend!!

After having my insurance claim approved I was directed to Gerard Montez owner/operator of Anchor Contracting,LLC by Sam Treml sales representative of Anchor Contracting, LLC. During our initial meeting we discussed said claim. I was given information for tear off as well as a list of all the materials needed to reshingle. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew doing the work did a great job. Upon completion the crew again did a great job cleaning up the area including picking up the old nails with a magnet. MY wife and I are extremely happy with the look of our new roof and are looking forward to enjoying our lovely new roof in the future. Thank you Gerard and your crew at Anchor.

Anchor Contracting is Awesome! Gerard and his team are very talented, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of your property. Gerard’s team met the challenge of our roofing project with a positive attitude and worked non-stop to give us a high quality product. Anchor Contracting is competitive in their pricing and Gerard provides excellent guidance throughout the project. At the end of the day, the clean up done by the crew is amazing. We highly recommend Gerard and Anchor Contracting.

William Chino at MNSOTA CONSTRUCTION was great to work with. My insurance company has not been the easiest to deal with but he’s stuck by me and my project as it’s progressed. He’s always responsive and his team was in and out in a day getting my roof repaired and replaced. He kept me updated through the process and provided photos. I will be coming back to MNSOTA CONSTRUCTION anytime I can.
