Mike and his team did a phenomenal job on our project. Mike always responded quickly to my emails and was very informative when I had questions. Mike went far above and beyond on our project and I'm so grateful for his high level of service. The final cost of the project was very competitive to the other quotes I received and the overall value was through the roof!

Capra’s utilities relined my main sewer pipe in 2018. This morning I noticed that the main floor drain was backing up, which is not supposed to happen once the main line is relined. I called at 6 AM and to my surprise, Mike, the owner of the company, answered the phone. He had somebody to my house by 9 o’clock in the morning to put a camera down the line to see what was going on. Then, at about 1 o’clock. A team of people showed up and corrected the problem, which was just a connector from the cleanout to the main pipe. This was all covered under the warranty of the original work. I applaud Capra’s customer service for honoring the warranty and for providing me same-day service.

our neiborhood has been using a company down in Dundas mn for grinder pump work when all along we had a company right here in white bear lake. we didn’t know we had any other choice. they were very responsive, very fair pricing and great guys. my neighborhood will be happy to know we have a great company for grinder pump work right here in white bear lake and we no longer have to call other companies hours away. also a guy came out within hours of me calling just to evaluate our system to see if it actually needed service! I can't say how happy we are with the service we received. good service is hard to find and I will definitely be passing this company's information along. thanks again!

Capra's Utilities completed our new septic system install today. Could not be happier with the results. I was apprehensive about a big mound ruining my yard, but my concerns turned to joy after watching their progress and seeing the end result. The crew left my yard looking beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about the team sent to complete my project. I was new to the area, and had no knowledge about companies that could complete the project. From the bidding process to completed job, Mike Capra was reachable, offered great insight, and presented professionally. Cost was very reasonable compared to the other four bids received. I had no way of knowing at the time, but I am now confident that Capra's was the most qualified and best company for the job. I am in the Stillwater/Lake Elmo area. I contracted with Capra’s to remove a septic and connect to city sewer. It was a large job that involved a lot of tractors and digging. Every person on the crew was fantastic. Incredibly professional and took the best possible care of my property. John did a great job improving the slope of a challenging hill, he’s an Earth artist in a tractor. The crew even thatched my grass. Highly recommended trusting Capra’s for your sewer and plumbing needs.

After 52 years this home needed a new septic system. How thankful I am that we found Mike Capra’s to do the job. When he came out to give us a bid, I knew we had the one that we needed to go with. Mike was thorough in educating on what needed to be done, how it was going to be done and why it was going to be done the way the way it was installed. Then his exceptional crew showed up and they did an incredible job. Good at communicating, courteous, thoughtful, and went beyond the extra mile to make sure they left our land in good shape. I was very impressed of how they all worked together as a team. Obviously, they have a good leader. They were so efficient they were done in two days and it was a big project of a 60 foot wide mound at the bottom of a hill, even had to put a new road in to get down there. It’s good to have an experienced crew and they are top notch.

Mike Capra and Company is the place to go. I would trust any recommendation he would give. His crew know what they're doing and work hard. Their communications are clear and prompt. They have the equipment to get the job done. I doubt if anyone could've done the work for less cost with less disruption. If I could give him 10 stars out of five I would.

They had a few curve balls thrown at them today and they weren’t sure if they could get the project done, with 3 new tanks and a new drain field it was a challenge. Mike, Nick and the whole team were hustlers! Nice to see a group of young pros do such a fantastic job.

Capra's replaced our pipe from the house to the street per West St Paul ownership transfer INI rules.
Communication was great, they provided an estimate and kept to it even though they did the work in the Spring. They walked through the whole process with us. The team that did the work was efficient and friendly and we were only without water for a few hours vs most of the day.
They did great work and I would work with them again!

We had our old septic system replaced with a new mound system by Capra's this week and the process went flawlessly and the job done by Mike Capra and his crew was done quickly with all phases of the install well coordinated. The hilly terrain of our lot, numerous oak trees and large pond required a very technical installation. Throughout the process, Mike was on top of everything, was available to provide answers to questions and would keep us informed of anything he needed us to do. We highly recommend Capra's Utilities!

Capra's Utilities connected our house to municipal water in September 2025. Everything was handled in a high quality, professional manner, from the initial quote to the work to the final invoicing.

The office was quick with their responses. The work was completed in a timely manner on the day that we scheduled. The workers communicated well and worked in a professional, efficient manner. The final invoice matched the initial quote that I was given. There have been no issues with the work that they completed.

I highly recommend Capra's to anyone needing to be connected to municipal water. I would not hesitate to use them again.
