Our stove fan lights do not work, we had them come out twice to “fix” the problem (and had to pay both times just for someone to come out) The lights stopped working soon after both times. We didn’t want to pay for them just to come back out again after not fixing it 2 times. They are very nice, but I don’t think it’s right to have to keep paying for someone to come out when they didn’t fix it the first time.

I'm writing this after a year of waiting. I called Ron's last July looking for a quote on an update to a breaker box from a fuse box and to run power to my garage. Got my quote and they came and put conduit in to my garage a month later. They sent me a bill and I paid it immediately. They never came back to run any wires or change a box. They just laid the conduit and never came back. I started calling them monthly in September and they said they'd be here in two weeks. I called again in October, "2 weeks." and November,"2 Weeks."
Then in December there was a family emergency necessitating my family to move into our downstairs apartment. Now we needed to have our garage done so we could give them more space because our deep freezes are in the apartment and not in the garage where I'd like to move them. They don't have the room for more than a mini fridge down there now. I communicated this to Ron's and they said they'd be here just after Christmas. Perfect.
Until February came around and they still never showed up. I called again, "2 weeks", and the same for March, April, May, June and so on. Now its the end of August. Our Anniversary so to speak, of unfinished jobs.
Find another electrician, you're going to have to eventually.

Had a Breaker Box changed Out and a Ev line run, sounds like the Bill will be almost doubled what I was expecting. I think they could've given a heads up your bill will be Higher.
Also you can't read the Breaker Identification Label on the New Breaker Box.
