Concrete and Foundation Solutions LLC

My wife and I had discovered some foundation issues shortly before leaving town on a scheduled vacation. So, we were stressed about who was going to handle this for us.

So, we googled a lot of places that handle this kind of stuff and found Concrete & Foundation Solutions. Their feedback was good, and the guy I dealt with was named Seth. He was patient with all of my questions, came out and looked at my property, and said he would handle all of it while we were out of town.

So, we left on our vacation, and he texted us photos of each step of the process along the way. We felt good knowing what was going on with our home while we were 1,000 miles away.

So, when we got back two weeks later, he had fixed our foundation, put in our new sidewalk, and put in landscaping rock around the entire house as we had asked as well. It was professionally done, beautiful, and hassle-free. Not to mention, his prices were significantly better than any other company I had spoken with as well.

Needless to say, we will be doing some more work with his company again soon I'm sure.

I hope this review helps others out there trying to find a good company that will do an excellent job at reasonable prices.

Ryan had repaired some exterior front steps for my parents aprx 7 years ago. Recently some of the concrete had started pulling away from the steps. Ryan drove 25 miles and repaired the steps at no charge.

Excellent service and workmanship. Second time I have used them. Always a fast response and the cost is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
