Outstanding service at a fair price. Victor walked us through the entire process and made sure we knew what he was doing and why. He was very friendly and professional. I was really pleased. Highly recommended.

The technician was knowledgeable, competent and the pricing was quite fair. He explained all procedures to be followed clearly and showed me the information concerning the parts of our system. Overall, it was a great service and will absolutely recommend and refer more clients to him.

Damian serviced our A/C unit this afternoon. It was an expensive repair as the unit is in it's "golden years" and the refrigerant is quite expensive. He explained the options of a new unit as opposed to the band-aid repair. the leak is small and the repair will make it till we can replace the unit. We are new to the South and central air. Damian Explained the entire system, changed the filter, programmed our thermostat, discussed insulation, the addition of a second zone and an additional return. There was no pressure to make any immediate updates. The office staff Susan and Eve were delightful. Thank you all.

Felix and his awesome crew did a meticulous job, installing my furnace and water heater. They were very respectful of my home and time. They thoroughly took care of the system and even cleaned up beautifully after work. I gladly recommend them!

I read most if not all reviews, worst to best, to see if I want to use a particular service, restaurant, etc. I decided to give Gordon's a try given the vast majority of very positive responses. I was not disappointed. We completely changed out a 45-year old furnace and air coil. The service men were on time and very conscientious. We always expect price inflation given our zip code and was pleasantly surprised with the very competitive price.

This company is a big step above other HVAC companies our family has used. They provided the most thorough evaluation of our needs and gave us specific reasons for their recommendation, with an eye on expense which was much appreciated in a year where we have also replaced a roof and had an expensive surgery in our household. Really unusual responsiveness and superior craftsmanship.

Gordon's Heating & Cooling tech took my call quickly & set up an apt for the same day. My AC then clicked on, so I canceled the apt. The the house started to heat up, so I called them back and the tech came out within minutes. The tech was cheery, kind, proactive and personable. The AC system was then flushed and the house was cool within minutes.

There service associate, Felix arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way. He did a good job cleaning my AC unit and found a potential problem that he recommended to be fixed. He seemed to be very educated at what he does and also checked my blower unit in the Attic. Overall I am satisfied with the service.

Just had air conditioning installed into an old house. Gordon's Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job. They faced several problems due to prior work done by previous owners. They kept me well informed and worked out great solutions. Would definitely hire them again

Gordon's Heating & Cooling came out after hours and worked on my unit until the problem was solved. I called 15 minutes before closing time and they sent someone right away so I didn’t have to be without air all night. Great service and they do excellent work! Gordon's Heating & Cooling are extremely professional and easy to work with. Getting on the schedule the same day I called. Victor was our technician and he was remarkably professional,on time and dedicated to his work. I would definitely hire these guys again.

I called because I am finishing a basement and need vents and air returns installed. This company wanted to charge me a $250 service fee just to come out and give me a quote. Will never call them again.

Both technicians that came out seemed to know about as much as my wife and I when it comes to the mechanicals and maintenance of an air conditioning unit (not much). Upon making the appointment we were given the pretty standard 3-5 hour approximation time, which was fine with us. 8.5 hours later we finally heard from them. The tests that were run only occurred because we inquired as to why our refrigerant was low in the first place. The response was a shrug and “I guess we could run a leak test”. After quite literally trying to PRY information out of the technicians we’re questioning whether we continue with this appointment or not but are hoping/trusting that they know what they’re doing. We come to find out later that this is a common occurrence and should have probably declined this test, I understand this is on us, but we now feel completely taken advantage of. Hundreds of dollars later we are left with a unit that still is not working as it should. We will never again work with this company and are so disappointed with the complete lack of respect and professionalism that was shown. Please do your due diligence. Ask questions, learn from my expensive mistake. If it doesn’t feel right don’t do it and get a second opinion.

Run away! I think the first person on the phone was local. We went through what needed to be done and an estimated cost. The technician didn’t show up when scheduled. Everyone I spoke with after that was at a call center in the Philippines. Someone finally showed up the next day and did a good job. Then his boss got on the phone to tell me how much the bill was going to be. Surprise! The bill was twice originally quoted. He wanted to charge $420 just for the service call! He wanted me to pay without showing me an invoice, and when I asked, he couldn’t even tell me the breakdown of costs. He was making up numbers. Do not use this company!!!!! Not to be trusted.
